Westfield Parramatta gives you under 2 hours of free parking, and under 4 hours if you are a Westfield member with your number plate added in the Westfield app. After that the standard rate climbs from $8 to a maximum of $50 a day, according to the centre’s rate tables.
This guide uses the centre’s Parking page and its Getting here page, both read on Saturday 7 November 2026. Rates are as of that date.
How does parking work at Westfield Parramatta?
The centre uses number plate recognition instead of paper tickets. There is no boom gate at the entry, so you can drive straight in. The system reads your number plate on the way out and opens the boom gate automatically if you have nothing to pay.
| Standard | Westfield member | |
|---|---|---|
| Free time | Under 2 hours | Under 4 hours, with your number plate in the Westfield app |
| After the free time | Go to a pay station, enter your number plate and pay | Pay by credit card in the Westfield app or at a pay station |
| At the exit | The system recognises your payment and the boom gate opens | The system recognises your number plate or payment and the boom gate opens |
Membership is free to join through the Westfield app. The centre says the app also lets you update your vehicle details, set a 30 minute parking timer and view your parking transactions.

How much does parking cost after the free time?
The rates are the same every day of the week, Monday to Sunday. The standard table runs as follows.
| Time parked | Standard rate | Member rate |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 2 hours | Free | Free |
| 2 to 2.5 hours | $8.00 | Free |
| 2.5 to 3 hours | $11.00 | Free |
| 3 to 3.5 hours | $15.00 | Free |
| 3.5 to 4 hours | $20.00 | Free |
| 4 to 4.5 hours | $25.00 | $15.00 |
| 4.5 to 5 hours | $35.00 | $20.00 |
| 5 to 5.5 hours | $40.00 | $25.00 |
| 5.5 to 6 hours | $50.00 | $35.00 |
| 6 to 6.5 hours | $50.00 | $40.00 |
| 6.5 hours or more | $50.00 | $50.00 |
The maximum daily rate is $50.00 for both, and the overnight fee is $50.00. The gap is widest at the 3.5 to 4 hour mark: $20 as a standard visitor, nothing as a member.

Is there cheaper early bird or evening parking?
Yes, but only for members.
- Early bird: $14 on weekdays for Westfield members. Park on Level 5 upper through the Campbell Street entry, enter before 10am and exit after 3pm, Monday to Friday. The centre’s Parking page says “per weekday” in one place and “per day” in its FAQ; both describe the same Monday to Friday offer.
- Evening: members park free when they enter after 7pm and exit before 1am.
Non-members get neither. The standard table above applies at all hours.
Which entrance should I use?
The Getting here page lists Campbell Street, Aird Street and Marsden Street as the streets the car parks can be reached from. The Parking page lists car park areas by colour, level and entrance:

|---|---|---|---|
| Campbell St, Yellow | 7 | Campbell Street | Not listed |
| Campbell St, Blue | 3 | Campbell Street | ZARA |
| Campbell St, Orange | 2 | Campbell Street | UNIQLO, Concierge (Level 2) |
| Campbell St, Green | 5 and upper level | Campbell Street | Bupa, Results Laser Clinic, Telstra, Goldmark |
| Campbell St, Purple | 6 | Campbell Street | Telstra, Goldmark |

If your vehicle is tall, the centre says to use the high vehicle ramp on Campbell Street. It does not publish a height limit on the pages read for this guide.

What about accessible and mobility parking?
- The centre says there are over 60 accessible parking bays, in the Campbell Street car park on levels 2 to 8 and the Aird Street car park on levels 2 to 6.
- Accessible parking is also near the entry point on every car park level, with designated spaces for parents with prams.
- Customers with a Mobility Permit receive free parking when they present a valid permit at the Concierge desk. If you do not want to download the Westfield app, free mobility parking can be validated at a Concierge desk.
- If your permit has expired, the centre asks you to visit the Concierge desk to renew it to keep the discount.
The Concierge phone number listed on the centre’s page is 02 8892 5200, and the desk is open 9:00am to 6:00pm on the day the page was read.

Does the cinema validate parking?
No. The centre’s FAQ says Event Cinema Parramatta does not offer parking validation, so a movie visit follows the same free-time and rate rules as any other visit.
Can I get there without driving?
| Option | What the centre says |
|---|---|
| Train | Follow the concourse and enter via Level 1, opposite Woolworths Metro |
| Bus | A short walk from the bus interchange; check Sydney Buses for routes |
| Taxi | Taxi rank on Fitzwilliam Street, Level 1, near the train station; the Concierge desk can call one |
