Westfield Liverpool gives every driver three hours of free parking and gives Westfield members four, and the most you can pay in a day is $50. Those figures are from the centre’s own parking page, read on 7 November 2026. The rates are the same every day of the week, but free parking is excluded on public holidays, in December and during special events.

How many hours of free parking do I get?
The page says non-members get 3 hours free and Westfield members get 4 hours. To get the fourth hour, you download the Westfield app, open the “Parking” tab and enter your number plate, which connects your membership to what the page calls Ticketless Parking.
The page also says that entering after 6pm is free if you leave before 1am. Entry before 6pm is charged at the standard rates, and the after-6pm offer does not apply on public holidays, in December or at special events.
What do I pay after the free hours?
The charge depends on whether you are a member. Both tables are for Monday to Sunday.
| Time parked | Standard rate | Westfield member rate |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 3 hours | Free | Free |
| 3 to 3.5 hours | $6.00 | Free |
| 3.5 to 4 hours | $9.00 | Free |
| 4 to 4.5 hours | $12.00 | $12.00 |
| 4.5 to 5 hours | $15.00 | $15.00 |
| 5 to 5.5 hours | $20.00 | $20.00 |
| 5.5 to 6 hours | $30.00 | $30.00 |
| 6 to 6.5 hours | $40.00 | $40.00 |
| 6.5 hours or more | $50.00 | $50.00 |
The maximum daily rate and the overnight fee are both $50.00. A shopper who stays three hours and ten minutes pays $6.00 as a non-member and nothing as a member.

Which car park should I use?
The centre lists its car parks by colour. Each entry below is as the page gives it; the page repeats some P-numbers (for example P4 and P5 appear twice), so use the colour signs inside the centre.
| Car park | Entrance | Nearest stores |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow (rooftop) | Campbell Street and Bathurst Street | Event Cinemas, Myer Level 1 |
| Red | Campbell Street | Woolworths, Myer Level 1 |
| Green | Northumberland Street | Coles |
| Pink | Bathurst Street and Campbell Street | Coles |
| Purple | Bathurst Street | Woolworths, BIG W, Commonwealth Bank |
| Blue | Campbell Street | Myer Level 1 |
| Orange | George Street | rebel, Anytime Fitness, Myer Level 1 |
| Grey | Bathurst Street | BIG W |
| Aqua | Bathurst Street | BIG W, The Bean Bag Cafe |
The page also matches shops to streets. Click and Collect, Coles and the fresh food area, and Kmart are on Northumberland Street. The cinemas are on George Street, Myer is on Campbell Street, and BIG W and Woolworths are on Bathurst Street. Motorbike parking is on Bathurst Street.

What would a typical visit cost?
Using the two tables above, here is what four visits would cost on a weekday afternoon, before any December or special event exclusion:
| Time in the car park | Non-member | Member |
|---|---|---|
| 2 hours 30 minutes (a supermarket shop) | Free | Free |
| 3 hours 20 minutes (a film and a coffee) | $6.00 | Free |
| 4 hours 40 minutes (a long shopping trip) | $15.00 | $15.00 |
| 7 hours (a full working day) | $50.00 | $50.00 |
Members lose their advantage after four hours, because the member and standard columns are identical from the 4 to 4.5 hour band onwards.
Is there a cheaper rate for students?
Yes, for students at the Liverpool campuses of Western Sydney University and the University of Wollongong. The page offers $8 a day if you register a verified parking account. To do that, take your student ID to the Concierge Desk before your first exit. Without an account the daily rate for students is $12 and you show your student card at the Concierge Desk and pay before you exit each time.
Both student options require you to park on the designated rooftop area. Outside it, normal casual rates apply. The page says the rooftop is reached via the Bathurst Street purple level car park entry, up the speed ramp. For details, contact the Concierge Desk.
What about mobility permit holders?
Customers with a Mobility Parking Permit receive free parking when they show a valid permit at the Concierge Desk. If you do not want to use the Westfield app, the page says free mobility parking can be validated at the Concierge Desk. If your permit has expired, you renew it at the Concierge Desk to keep the discount.
The Concierge phone number on the page is 02 9602 6633, and the desk was showing 9am to 5pm on the day we read it.

What happened to PARK+?
The page says PARK+ has moved to the Westfield membership program. Existing PARK+ members are told to download the Westfield app to keep accessing free parking and to update and manage their profile. In the app you can update your vehicle details, set a 30 minute parking timer and see your parking transactions.
Can I take the train instead?
Liverpool Station is on the T2, T3 and T5 lines, according to Transport for NSW. It is staffed 24 hours, has a lift, and has a Kiss and ride stopping area and a commuter car park. The station listing also names a taxi rank, bike racks, bike lockers and a bike shed, toilets, a baby change table, free mobile phone charging and an Opal card top-up machine that takes card payment only. Transport for NSW applies a 30 per cent Opal discount on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and outside peak times. The Westfield parking page does not give a walking time from the station, so use the Transport for NSW trip planner to plan your own journey.

What is still to be confirmed?
- December and special events. The page says free parking is excluded in December and at special events but does not list dates.
- Peak-day changes. The page gives one set of rates for every day of the week and does not mention any change for sale days.
- Current rates. The rates are as shown on 7 November 2026.
What should I know before I go?
- Non-members: 3 hours free. Members: 4 hours free, once you link your number plate in the Westfield app.
- Free after 6pm if you enter after 6pm and leave before 1am, except on public holidays, in December and at special events.
- The most you pay in one day is $50.
- Students at the two Liverpool campuses pay $8 a day with a verified account, or $12 without one, on the rooftop only.
