The one limit is in the South car park outside the Woolworths entrance, where parking is capped at 2 hours. The rest of the car parks are free and unrestricted for genuine shoppers all day, according to the centre’s facilities page, as of 18 October 2026.

Is parking free at Harbour Town?

Yes. The centre’s facilities page says the car spaces are free to all shoppers, with no time limit except in one place. To keep spaces free for quick shopping trips, Harbour Town has introduced 2-hour parking in the South car park, outside the Woolworths entrance. If you plan to spend the day at the outlets, park elsewhere in the centre.
The centre warns that Harbour Town Premium Outlets is privately owned land. A vehicle that does not comply with the car park terms and conditions will be issued with a non-compliance breach notice or removed. For questions about the 2-hour limit, the page tells you to contact Secure Parking, whose number is on the facilities page.
