The page gives a floor and a neighbouring store for each one, but no opening dates. Everything below is as of Monday 26 October 2026.

The centre is at 200 Karrinyup Road, Karrinyup, Western Australia 6018. Karrinyup says it is 13km from the Perth CBD and 24km from Perth Airport, and its phone number is 08 9445 1122. Western Australia does not use daylight saving, so all times here are Perth time (AWST, UTC+8).

Karrinyup says it has more than 4,800 car bays, including undercover parking and Valet Parking. Its parking page lists four ways in: Karrinyup Road, Francis Avenue, Davenport Street and Jeanes Road. The page does not state a parking charge, so look for signs on arrival and do not assume parking is free.

If you are going to The centre recommends How to get in
The West Deck (Cuccini Gelato, Yo-Chi, Zeus Street Greek) or The Fresh Market (Coles, Aldi) West Multi-Deck Car Park Karrinyup Road eastbound, or the new intersection of Karrinyup Road and Jeanes Road when heading westbound
The Cafe Terrace (Schnitz) East Multi-Deck Car Park Davenport Street or Francis Avenue
The Loop (the centre’s new stores page lists Victoria’s Secret and the Jamaica Blue kiosk at the “Fashion Loop” but does not say whether that is the same area as The Loop) East Multi-Deck Car Park Davenport Street or Francis Avenue

Karrinyup does not say which car park is closest to the other new stores, so use the level and neighbour in the first table and the centre map on its website.

What are the height limit, charging and valet details?

How do I get to Karrinyup by train and bus?

Karrinyup’s location page says the closest train station is Stirling Station. From there, a range of bus routes stop at the centre’s dedicated bus port, which the centre says is less than 100 metres from the centre. It does not name the routes, give times or give fares. Use the Transperth journey planner for the route and time you need.

What is on at Karrinyup in the next few weeks?

Karrinyup’s home page lists a “For the Love of Christmas” program. It says Santa arrives on Sunday 1 November, with the debut of The Polar Express at Karrinyup, festive entertainment and a screening of The Polar Express at Hoyts. Santa photos can be booked online, and a booking made and taken by 4 December enters you in a draw for a $10,000 travel voucher, with conditions. The centre has not published session times on the pages we saved, so check its What’s On page for the schedule.
