Parking at Pacific Fair is free for the first 4 hours each day. After that you pay by the half hour, from $10.00 for 4 to 4.5 hours up to $40.00 for more than 10 hours, unless you spend $300 or more on the day and have your parking validated at Concierge, which makes the whole day free.
The centre uses ticketless parking at every entry and exit gate. Cameras read your number plate on the way in and out, so there is no ticket to keep, but you will need to know your registration if you stay past the free period. All prices on this page are as of October 2026, taken from the centre’s car parking page.
How much does it cost after 4 hours?

These are the car park rates published by Pacific Fair:
| Time parked in a day | Charge |
|---|---|
| Up to 4 hours | Free |
| 4.0 – 4.5 hours | $10.00 |
| 4.5 – 5.0 hours | $12.00 |
| 5.0 – 5.5 hours | $14.00 |
| 5.5 – 6.0 hours | $16.00 |
| 6.0 – 6.5 hours | $18.00 |
| 6.5 – 7.0 hours | $20.00 |
| 7.0 – 7.5 hours | $22.00 |
| 7.5 – 8.0 hours | $24.00 |
| 8.0 – 10.0 hours | $26.00 |
| More than 10 hours | $40.00 |
The charge starts at $10.00 as soon as you pass 4 hours, so check the time if you plan a long visit. If you go over, enter your registration at one of the pay stations inside the car parks before you leave.
Does leaving and coming back reset the 4 hours?

No. The 4 free hours are a daily total, not a per-visit allowance. Pacific Fair says you can leave and return on the same day without being charged as long as your total parking time that day stays within 4 hours. Once the total passes 4 hours, charges apply. The free limit resets daily at 1am.
How do I get free all-day parking?

Spend $300 or more on the same day, then take your same-day receipts to Concierge to validate your parking. Validation is only available at Concierge between 9am and 5pm, and until 9pm on Thursdays. If you plan to shop late on another day of the week, validate before 5pm.
Which car park is best for each store?

Pacific Fair’s car parks are colour coded. The centre suggests these spots:
- Big W, David Jones, Australian Designers and Event Cinemas: Green car park (Levels 1 or 2 for the department stores), via Hooker Boulevard or the flyover from the centre’s western entry.
- Myer and Kmart: Red car park, via the Gold Coast Highway over the Pacific Fair Drive bridge, or the Ring Road off Melody Street.
- Woolworths and Coles: Lower Ground or Ground Floor of the Green car park, via Melody Street or Sunshine Boulevard.
- Target: Blue car park via Hooker Boulevard or the western flyover, continuing east to the undercover parking. The Lower Ground of the Yellow car park, via Hooker Boulevard or the Gold Coast Highway, also works.
Height limits for vans and roof racks
Clearances vary by gate, which matters if you drive a van, a 4WD with a roof pod or a car with bikes on top. From the centre’s car park heights map:
| Gate | Best for | Height clearance |
|---|---|---|
| Gate 1 | Big W, David Jones, Event, Luxury Mall | 2.7m |
| Gate 2 | Woolworths, Coles, Fresh Food Market | 2.2m |
| Gate 3 | Woolworths, Coles, Terry White Chemist | 2.2m |
| Gate 11 | Woolworths, Coles | 2.2m |
| Gates 4, 5 and 6 | Myer, Kmart, The Arcade | 1.9m |
| Gates 7 and 8 | JB Hi-Fi, Giant Chemist, Priceline | 3.2m high vehicle bays, 2.0m car bays |
| Gate 9 | Valet Parking, Zara, David Jones | 2.7m |
| Gate 10 | Uniqlo, H&M | 2.1m |
Gates 4 to 6 have the lowest clearance at 1.9m. If your vehicle is taller than that, Gates 7 and 8 have high vehicle bays.
Car parks at night
Not every car park is open 24 hours a day, but the centre says you can drive out at any time, so you will not be locked in after the shops close.
EV charging and valet
Pacific Fair has four electric vehicle charging stations and a Tesla Supercharger site with eight charging stations, which the centre describes as the only Tesla Supercharger site on the Gold Coast. A premium valet parking service also runs daily.
