Yes. Westfield’s page lists five stores as opening soon, on Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4. It gives no opening dates for them, so we have not listed their names here. Open the centre’s new and upcoming stores page for the full list, and check it again before you make a special trip for any one of them.

How much does parking cost at Westfield Miranda?

Everyone gets three hours free. The parking system reads number plates, so there is no boom gate at entry and no paper ticket. If you stay longer than three hours, you pay at a pay station by entering your number plate, or through the Westfield app if you are a member. Westfield also says members get a fourth free hour for a limited time, once they connect their number plate to Ticketless Parking in the app. After that the rates are as follows, every day of the week:

Time parked Non-member Westfield member
Up to 3 hours Free Free
3 to 3.5 hours $4.00 Free
3.5 to 4 hours $8.00 Free
4 to 4.5 hours $12.00 $12.00
4.5 to 5 hours $16.00 $16.00
5 to 5.5 hours $20.00 $20.00
5.5 to 6 hours $24.00 $24.00
6 to 6.5 hours $30.00 $30.00
6.5 to 7 hours $40.00 $40.00
7 hours or more $50.00 $50.00

The maximum daily rate and the overnight fee are both $50. Parking is free if you enter after 6pm and exit before 1am. Westfield also says that if you leave and return 45 minutes later you get a further three hours free (four hours for members). Valid cinema ticket holders get one more free hour, and mobility permit holders can get free parking for the day by showing a valid permit at the Customer Service desk.

Which car park entrance is closest to the store I want?

Westfield says the car parks are entered from Kingsway, Kiora Road, Wandella Road and Jackson Avenue. Its parking page matches entrances to anchor stores:

Where you are going Best parking and entrance
Coles and Fresh Food Blue car park, enter via Jackson Avenue
Food court Blue car park, enter via Jackson Avenue
Woolworths and Fresh Food Green car park, enter via Kingsway before KFC
Big W Red basement car park, enter via Kiora Road
David Jones Red basement car park, enter via Kiora Road
Myer Myer rooftop car park, enter via Wandella Road
Kmart Kmart rooftop car park, enter via Kingsway speed ramp
Rooftop dining and Event Cinemas Rooftop parking, enter via the Kingsway or Wandella Road speed ramp

Westfield does not say which car park suits the new stores themselves, so use the neighbouring stores in the first table: MECCA and Country Road are near Myer, and Adore Beauty is near David Jones. Valet parking is available from the Kingsway entrance closest to Wandella Road. Bike racks are at the Kingsway entrance, at the Green level car park entry and at the Blue level car park entrance off Jackson Avenue.

Miranda station is on the T4 Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra line. From the station, Westfield says to exit onto Kiora Road and walk along it, where you will see the centre. Two bus stops serve the centre: one at the main entrance on Kingsway, in front of the Fig Tree, and one at the Kiora Road entrance. Taxi ranks are at the main entrance on Kingsway and on Urunga Parade. Westfield does not give walking times or train times, so check your journey in the Transport for NSW trip planner, and check Sydney Trains for trackwork before you leave. See our guide to Opal fares and how to pay for travel by train or bus.
