Parking at Westfield Helensvale is free. The centre says it has over 2,000 free parking spaces for your entire day of shopping. This page reflects the centre’s website as of 15 October 2026.
The centre is at 1-29 Millaroo Drive, Helensvale, Queensland 4212. The Helensvale train station and G:link light rail station are only 300 metres from the centre, according to Westfield.
Is parking really free at Westfield Helensvale?

Yes. Westfield’s wording is that it offers “over 2000 FREE parking spaces for your entire day shopping”. Unlike Pacific Fair and Australia Fair, there is no rate table to read. If you are comparing centres, see our guides to Pacific Fair parking, which gives 4 hours free then charges, and Australia Fair parking, which gives 3 hours free then charges.
The Getting Here page, which is where Westfield’s /parking address sends you, does not give a height clearance, a car park opening time, or details of EV charging. If you drive a tall vehicle or need to park late, call the Concierge on (07) 5630-5100 during opening hours before you go.
What are the centre’s trading hours?

These are the hours Westfield showed on its opening hours page on 15 October 2026:
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Thursday 15 October | 9am to 9pm |
| Friday 16 October | 9am to 5:30pm |
| Saturday 17 October | 9am to 5pm |
| Sunday 18 October | 10am to 4pm |
| Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 October | 9am to 5:30pm |
Hours can change around public holidays, so check the opening hours page before you travel.
Is there free parking for disability permit holders?

Parking is already free, but Westfield says it offers free parking to customers who hold a disability permit. To find the best car park for someone with limited mobility, the centre asks you to call the Concierge team to discuss which of its car parks will suit you best.
The Concierge desk is outside ALDI. It hires out complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers for 3 hours. You need photo identification, which Westfield lists as a valid passport, driver’s licence or proof of age card. The equipment is subject to availability, so the centre suggests calling the Concierge desk to book ahead. The Concierge desk is open during standard centre opening hours.
Every restroom has a wheelchair accessible toilet, and the amenities near Coles have an accessible toilet with an adult change table. Westfield also runs a Quiet Time every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am, with dimmed lighting and adjusted music, and many retailers take part. Free Sunflower lanyards for people with hidden disabilities are available from Concierge.
Can I get there by train, tram or bus?

Yes. These are the options Westfield lists:
- Train or tram: Helensvale station is 300 metres from the centre. It is served by the Gold Coast train line and the G:link, and you can plan your journey on Translink.
- Bus: Westfield points you to Translink for the routes that serve the centre.
- Taxi: the rank is at the front of the centre, at the Main Street entrance along the west side of the Food Court entrance. Turn right to find it. Concierge can order a taxi for you if you call.
- Bike: there are bike racks at every entrance.
Check for service changes before you leave. Trains do not run between Beenleigh and Varsity Lakes on 17 and 18 October, with railbuses instead (details here), and G:link trams between Helensvale and GCUH are replaced by buses after 7:30pm from Sunday to Thursday until 22 October (details here).
Who do I contact?

The Helensvale Concierge is on (07) 5630-5100 and can help with centre information, transport and navigation information, lost and found property, mobility hire and kiddy car hire. The desk is outside ALDI, at the centre’s address above.
