Getting to IPAC in Wollongong: Free Parking After 4.30pm, Free Bus 55 Out the Front, a 15-Minute Walk From the Station (Wollongong, NSW)
You can park free at the Council’s Stewart Street East car park after 4.30pm on a weekday, and the free Gong Shuttle (route 55) stops directly in front of the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre at 32 Burelli Street, Wollongong, according to the venue’s own Getting Here page. Wollongong railway station is about a 15-minute walk away. This guide covers parking, buses, trains, taxis, access services, tickets and the places to eat nearby, and it sets out where the official pages disagree. We read the pages on Saturday 7 November 2026.
