Which streets lead into the car park?
The centre says you can reach its parking from four streets: Carrington Road, Whitehorse Road, Station Street and Prospect Street. The centre’s page does not say which street leads to which level.
Its parking page describes two buildings, a North Building and a South Building, and lists the payment machines for each.
Where do I pay?
The centre uses automatic payment machines. Its page lists these locations:
| Building | Machine locations |
|---|---|
| North Building | Level 1, in the travelator lobby (car park level); Level 2, near Box Hill Fish Market; Level 4, at the exit near the children’s play area (lift lobby) |
| South Building | The auto door entrance and exit near Merry Seasons; near Boost Juice; the bottom of the Fresh Food Market ramp; Level 4 car park, opposite the Fresh Food Market entrance |
The lost ticket charge of $60 equals the rate for eight hours or more.

Can I charge an electric car there?
Yes. The centre has DC fast chargers and AC slow chargers. It says they have been upgraded to the Exploren software platform, and that the Chargefox platform is still available at the DC chargers. Charging is pay-per-kWh through the Exploren and Chargefox apps. To find the chargers, go to the B1 car park through the first car park entry on Carrington Road.
The page does not state a price per kWh, so the price is shown in the app.

Can I check visitor numbers before I leave home?
The parking page carries a graph titled Popular Arrival Times. The centre says it uses real-time data to show visitation numbers, updated every fifteen minutes and forecast for the day and week ahead, and that you can filter by date to plan when to shop before you leave home.

How do I contact the centre?
The centre lists (03) 9843 3900. Opening hours are on the centre’s own page. Its Getting Here page offers directions by car and by public transport, but that text did not load when checked, so this guide does not repeat it.
