Sunday 1 November is a double header at HBF Park: Perth Glory v Adelaide United in the men’s A-League at 4pm, then Glory v Wellington Phoenix in the A-League Women at 6:45pm. The simplest way in is the train to Claisebrook Station, because your ticket includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before, during and three hours after the event. Parking around the stadium is very limited.
This guide uses HBF Park’s event, event day and getting-here pages and Transperth’s event page, checked on Monday 26 October 2026. Perth uses Australian Western Standard Time (UTC+8), with no daylight saving, so all times are Perth times.
What time do the gates open and when are the kick-offs?
| What | Time |
|---|---|
| Gates open | 3:00pm |
| Glory v Adelaide United (men’s, ALM) kick-off | 4:00pm |
| Glory v Wellington Phoenix (women’s, ALW) kick-off | 6:45pm |
| Event concludes | 8:30pm (approx.) |
These are the times on the HBF Park event page, which says times are subject to change. The venue calls it the first home game of the season, part of Perth Glory’s 30th year. Transperth’s event page lists only the Adelaide United game, with gates at 3.00pm, kick-off at 4.00pm and a finish at 6.00pm. It does not mention the second game, so if you stay for the women’s match, use the HBF Park times.

How much are tickets?
HBF Park lists pre-purchase and game day prices, and notes a limit of 10 tickets per customer. Children under 3 are admitted free if they do not occupy a seat.
| Ticket | Pre-purchase adult | Game day adult |
|---|---|---|
| East Open Boxes, Platinum | $89.00 | $96.50 |
| Gold Plus | $60.00 | $67.50 |
| Gold | $50.00 | $57.50 |
| Shed Standing (18+ only) | $39.00 | $46.50 |
| Silver / General Admission and Away Bay | $39.00 | $46.50 |
Concession, junior (3 to 16 years) and family prices are on the event page; a Silver or Away Bay family ticket is $105.00 pre-purchase and $130.00 on game day. Tickets are mobile only, so print at home is not an option. The venue recommends buying before the day through Ticketmaster, and says the ticket boxes at Gates 1, 3 and 4 sell tickets until the allocation sells out. The event is all ages, and patrons under 14 must be with an adult for the whole event. HBF Park is a cashless venue, so food and drink outlets take cards only.
Is public transport included with my ticket?
Yes. Transperth’s page says your ticket includes travel on all Transperth services for three hours before, during and after the game, and you show it to the driver or inspector if asked. The ticket must be with you to travel at no extra cost, and if you collect your ticket at the venue you pay a normal fare to get there. Transperth says parking at its stations is free on weekends and public holidays, so Sunday is free. Transperth also says travel is free every Sunday for SmartRider and contactless users, as our Sunday travel guide explains.
Transperth says to catch the train to Claisebrook Station, a short walk to HBF Park. HBF Park also names East Perth Station and McIvor Station as nearby, and lists these bus stops and routes near the ground:
| Stop | Routes (as listed by HBF Park) |
|---|---|
| Lord St, before Murchison Tce | 46 and 48 (Morley Bus Station); 41, 43 and 44 (Bayswater); 42 (Maylands) |
| Railway Pde | 55 (Bassendean) |
| Beaufort St, before Bulwer St | 21 and 22 (Morley Bus Station); 67, 68 and 69 (Mirrabooka Bus Station) |
HBF Park notes this information is subject to change and points to the Transperth website for the latest.

Which trains leave after the game?
Transperth lists these trains for after the Adelaide United game, which it says finishes at 6.00pm. The page does not say which of them also suit the later women’s game, so after 8:30pm use the JourneyPlanner and your ticket’s three-hour window.

Transperth says timetabled buses will operate before, during and after the event, with no additional bus services at suburban stations to connect with the special event trains. For help call 13 62 13.

What is happening on the Mandurah Line?
Transperth’s event page says the Mandurah Line will be disrupted in the evening, with train replacement buses operating. Its service update says the line is disrupted nightly between Cockburn Central and Mandurah from Sunday 1 to Tuesday 3 November. Neither page gives the start time for the Glory page’s “evening”, and the Lily Allen page, covered in our RAC Arena guide, says 8.30pm. Our Mandurah Line closure guide covers what has and has not been published. If you travel south of Cockburn Central after the women’s game, check the JourneyPlanner on the day.
Can I park near HBF Park?
HBF Park says parking around the ground is very limited, with most areas restricted to residents only through the City of Vincent, and asks patrons to read street signs carefully. Depending on the event, it lists these options:
| Where | What HBF Park says |
|---|---|
| Pier Street, between Brisbane and Brewer Streets | Ticket parking $3.40 an hour, coins or EasyPark only; do not park in the residential slip lane on the far west side |
| Brewer Street (north side) and Stirling Street | Ticket parking $3.40 an hour |
| Brisbane Street car park | Ticket parking 7am to midnight, Monday to Sunday; first hour free, then payment for each additional hour |
| Loton Park | ACROD permit holders only, entry from Lord Street, $10 per vehicle, valid booking required |
| Also listed | Royal Street, Central TAFE (Fielder Street), Royal Perth Hospital (Moore Street), Newcastle Street, William Street and East Perth Train Station |
The venue says pricing is subject to change and points to the City of Vincent website. For drop-offs, the best area for taxis and rideshare is Wright Street, and a dedicated bus and small charter station is on Bulwer Street. Bike racks are outside Gate 1, on Pier Street between Gates 2 and 3, and at the north end of Loton Park opposite Gate 7.

What can I bring in?
HBF Park’s event day page and conditions of entry list commonly prohibited items, which must be cloaked, since prohibited items are not held at the gate. Cloaking is at Gate 1.
- Backpacks or oversized bags that cannot fit under a seat.
- Umbrellas, and strollers or prams.
- Flags or banners over 1 metre, and flag poles over 1.5 metres.
- Professional cameras and recording devices with detachable lenses larger than 200mm.
- Glass and cans, including aerosol cans, alcohol and drugs.
- Musical instruments and whistles unless a music pass has been issued.
Patrons may bring food for individual consumption if it is packed appropriately and can be viewed by staff or security. Thermoses with tea or coffee may be allowed, but contents may be checked. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the venue, and pass-outs are available at the gates. For wet weather the venue suggests rain jackets or ponchos rather than umbrellas. Lost property is handled at the Information Desk, or on 9422 1500 after the event.

What else is on in Perth the same day?
Two other events share the day: Lily Allen at RAC Arena, and the opening festival for the new Fremantle Traffic Bridge, for which Transperth runs shuttle buses between the bridge and Fremantle Station. See our guides to Lily Allen at RAC Arena and the bridge opening festival. Transperth’s November service changes also start on 1 November, covered in our service changes guide. HBF Park lists the next Glory home double header on Saturday 7 November, against Newcastle Jets and Canberra United.
How do I plan the day?
- Buy a mobile ticket from Ticketmaster before the day, because prices are higher at the ticket boxes.
- Take a train to Claisebrook Station and walk to the gate on your ticket, Gate 1 or 4 for entry.
- Leave umbrellas, prams, glass and large bags at home, and bring a card because the venue is cashless.
- Plan your train home from the table above, and check the JourneyPlanner if you stay for the women’s game.
- If you drive, read every street sign, and allow time to walk from the streets listed above.
