Who gets free parking?

The Star says parking is no longer free for everyone, so spaces are available for members and guests. The Star Club members get it as follows:

  • Bronze and Silver members: earn 5 Tier Points by playing, staying or dining on the day to earn free parking, otherwise casual rates apply. Insert the membership card in the ticket machine on entry, and use it to exit.
  • Gold members and higher: parking is complimentary. Priority parking on level 1M is for Gold, Platinum and Diamond members only.

What do hotel guests pay?

Guests of The Star Grand and The Star Residences get a flat rate of $20 per night for the length of their stay, but parking is not guaranteed with a booking. If the guest rate does not apply, casual rates are charged. Valet parking at The Star Grand is $65 per day, subject to availability.

Will my vehicle fit?

No parking is available for vehicles taller than 1.95 metres. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed. Disabled parking bays are near the car park entrance lobbies and are individually marked.

The centre charges a flat $15 per entry per day, with the first 30 minutes free; see our Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre parking guide for its rules.
