The City of Gold Coast’s Jubilee Avenue Carpark in Broadbeach is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and costs $3.90 an hour or $19.00 for the day, as of October 2026. It is on basement level one of the Qube building at 2–4 Jubilee Avenue, and vehicles over 2.20 metres high cannot enter.
Everything on this page comes from the City’s own car park page, with the nearby car parks and the Groundwater Country Music Festival’s listings added for comparison.
How much does it cost?
| Duration | Price |
|---|---|
| Hourly | $3.90 |
| Daily (one entry and one exit only) | $19.00 |

The daily rate covers a single entry and a single exit, so a second entry on the same day is not covered by it. The City’s page does not say how part-hours are charged, and it does not list a fee for re-entry. The car park has a boom gate and you pay on exit. For help, use the intercom at any terminal.
What is the car park like?
- Location: basement level one of the Qube building, 2–4 Jubilee Avenue, Broadbeach.
- Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Height limit: 2.20 metres.
- Capacity: 50 to 99 spaces.
- Features: undercover, boom gate with pay on exit, accessible parking spaces.
Where is the accessible parking?
There are two disabled parking spots, in front of the lifts. Vehicles must display a current disabled parking label, and interstate and overseas labels are accepted. Vehicles with the permit are exempt from parking fees. Press the intercom button at the exit with your valid permit to get an exit pass free of charge.

Can I use a parking pass here for a rental or ride share car?
No. The City says a carpark pass is not to be used for rental vehicles that are being returned for collection, or for ride share vehicles on standby. It also says holding a carpark pass does not guarantee a parking space.

Is Jubilee Avenue affected by the Groundwater road closures?
The City’s road closure notice for the Groundwater Music Festival 2026 lists Surf Parade, Queensland Avenue and Albert Avenue, from 6:30am Thursday 15 October to 1:00pm Monday 19 October. Jubilee Avenue is not on that notice. The notice says there is no access on Surf Parade between Victoria Avenue and Queensland Avenue, with local access at Albert Avenue and Queensland Avenue. Our Groundwater road closures and parking guide has the full list. Check the signs on the day before you drive in.

What other parking is nearby?
The Groundwater festival’s getting-here page lists the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Oasis Shopping Centre car park, the Oracle Boulevard car park and the Phoenician car park as day parking in Broadbeach. The council’s other Broadbeach car parks include Pratten Park North and South, which charge nothing but have time limits:

| Car park | Fee | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Jubilee Avenue (basement, Qube building) | $3.90 an hour, $19.00 a day | None listed; open 24 hours |
| Pratten Park North (next to Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club, Old Burleigh Road) | Free | 3 hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday |
| Pratten Park South | Free | 4 hours, 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday |
| Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre | $15 flat rate per entry, per day | First 30 minutes free |
The convention centre car park has a 2.1 metre clearance and charges again after 2:00am; see our Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre parking guide for its rules.
What if a big event closes the car park?
The City’s council car parks page says that if you hold a long-term parking voucher that overlaps with full car park closure periods for major events, such as the Gold Coast 500 or Schoolies, the voucher is extended automatically for the days lost. It does not list Jubilee Avenue as closing for a particular event, so check the City’s page and signs before a major event weekend.
