Hocus Pocus Halloween at Bulimba Memorial Park is now on Sunday 22 November 2026 from 3pm to 8pm, not on Saturday 31 October. The organisers’ Facebook event says “NEW DATE DUE TO WEATHER – SUNDAY 22 NOVEMBER”, and Brisbane Kids also lists the festival as rescheduled to 22 November. Entry is free and no bookings are required.

Bulimba Ferry Terminal Closes From 9 November Until Mid-December: Use Hawthorne, Route 232 or Shuttle 23 (Brisbane, QLD)

The Bulimba ferry terminal closes from Monday 9 November 2026 until mid-December for essential maintenance, so the F21 cross-river ferries stop at Hawthorne instead, and Translink has put on route 232, a weekday shuttle (shuttle 23) and extra route 230 trips as alternatives. The Hawthorne and Apollo Road terminals stay open.
