The Epping Night Market runs from 5pm to 9pm on Friday 30 October 2026 at Boronia Park in Epping, Sydney, and the City of Parramatta lists it as free. It is held on the last Friday of every month, so the one after this is Friday 27 November. The park is a short walk from Epping Station, which is the easiest way in because the organiser has not said anything about parking.

This guide uses the City of Parramatta’s What’s On listing, the NSW Government’s event page and a media release from the organiser published in July 2026. It was last checked on Monday 26 October 2026.

When is the Epping Night Market, and how often does it run?

The market runs on the last Friday of each month from 5pm to 9pm. The City of Parramatta lists three dates for the current run: Friday 25 September, Friday 30 October and Friday 27 November. This guide is about the October night, which is the one coming up this week.

Date Time Place
Friday 30 October 2026 5pm to 9pm Boronia Park, Epping
Friday 27 November 2026 5pm to 9pm Boronia Park, Epping

The NSW Government listing gives a longer window for the series, from 24 April 2026 to 25 June 2027, and describes it as a new market at Boronia Park. The City of Parramatta page shows a header of 28 August to 28 October, which does not match the 30 October date it names in the same listing. Go by the specific date, Friday 30 October, and check the organiser if the time matters to you.

Is the Epping Night Market free?

The City of Parramatta listing marks the event as free. Free entry does not cover what you buy: the organiser says to expect food and treats, local makers, boutique retail and handmade goods, so bring money for those. The organiser has not published prices, and it has not said whether stalls take card, so carrying a little cash is sensible.

The market is held outdoors in the park. The NSW Government listing says the event welcomes people with access needs but gives no detail on paths, toilets or accessible parking, so contact the organiser if you need specifics.

Where exactly is Boronia Park?

The organiser’s release gives the address as Boronia Park, 37 Bridge Street, Epping, NSW. The NSW Government listing gives Boronia Avenue, Epping NSW 2121 as the location. Both point to the same park, and a map search for Boronia Park in Epping will find it. The release describes a 4.9-hectare park beside the Coles supermarket, a short walk from Epping Station.

The park has a sports oval, outdoor exercise equipment, barbecue areas and a playground with nature-based play zones. The market is in the park, so the oval and the playground are the places to look if you are coming with children. The organiser has not published a site map, so the exact position of stalls and food vendors on the night is not confirmed.

How do I get to the Epping Night Market by train?

Train is the way to go. The organiser says Boronia Park is a short walk from Epping Station, and the release uses the Coles supermarket next to the park as a landmark. The City of Parramatta’s listing does not give a walking time, so this guide does not either; allow extra time on your first visit.

Epping Station has Metro platforms as well as surface platforms, as the photos on this page show. Which service is best for you depends on where you are starting, so use the Transport for NSW trip planner for the 30 October departure times. This guide has not checked trackwork for the night, so check the planner on the day before you leave.

Can I park near Boronia Park?

The organiser has not published parking information for the market, and neither has the City of Parramatta in the listing. That means there is no confirmed event car park, no confirmed free-parking area and no confirmed time limit. A council page about a different event at the park in 2025 mentioned the Rawson Street car park next to the Boronia Grove Community Centre, but that was last year’s information for another event, so do not rely on it for this one.

If you drive, read the signs on any street you park in, because time limits and permit zones near stations are common in Sydney. A simpler plan is to leave the car at home and take the train, since the organiser itself points visitors to the station.

What will be at the market?

The organiser lists local makers and small businesses, boutique retail, handmade products, and food and treats. The NSW Government listing mentions food, music and shopping. The City of Parramatta page lists food, music and local makers.

What What the sources say
Food and treats Listed by the organiser and the NSW Government
Live music The NSW Government page lists music and the City of Parramatta page lists music; no acts or times published
Local makers and small businesses Listed by the organiser and the City of Parramatta
Playground and park facilities Described in the organiser’s release
Stallholder list Not published

Stallholders who want to join a future market can email the organiser at info@amaconnect.com.au. Visitors with questions can use the same address or call AMA Event Management on 1300 385 838.

What if it rains?

No source says what happens in wet weather. The market is outdoors in a park, so check the organiser’s channels on the day, and bring a jacket or umbrella if the forecast is uncertain. If the organiser publishes a wet-weather notice, this guide will be updated.

What should I know before I go?

  • Go by the date in the City of Parramatta listing: Friday 30 October, 5pm to 9pm, Sydney time.
  • Take the train and walk. The organiser points to Epping Station, and there is no confirmed event parking.
  • Bring money for food and stalls. Entry is free, but the organiser has not said which stalls take cards.
  • Expect a monthly market in a park with local stallholders.
  • Check the Transport for NSW trip planner for trackwork on the day.
