Pacific Fair says LUNE has arrived and Paddock Bakery is opening now; both stores have trading hours on the centre’s pages, but the centre gives no opening date. LUNE’s page lists 8am to 5pm every day, with a late night until 9pm on Thursdays, and Paddock Bakery’s page lists 7:30am on weekdays. This guide uses the centre’s own wording and its store pages, as checked on Monday 26 October 2026.
What does Pacific Fair say about LUNE?
Pacific Fair’s LUNE page says the Melbourne bakery has officially landed at the centre and describes its croissants as among the most talked-about in Australia. The same page says that before long, Gold Coasters will be able to get LUNE’s pastries without leaving the Gold Coast, so it gives no firm opening date. It also says the brand’s fans queue before the doors open, which describes the brand’s reputation and not how long the queue is at Pacific Fair, and that the store is tipped to feature a concept unlike any other LUNE store.
The centre’s LUNE store page lists these trading hours, with a note that they are subject to change and that closing times may vary depending on stock availability:
| Day | LUNE hours |
|---|---|
| Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday | 8am to 5pm |
| Thursday | 8am to 9pm |
The store page says LUNE bakes all day, every day, and that a croissant takes three days to make. It lists the location as “GD” on the centre map. The page does not give a menu or prices, so check the store before you go.

What does Pacific Fair say about Paddock Bakery?
Pacific Fair’s Paddock Bakery page says the bakery is “opening now” at the centre with a concept exclusive to Pacific Fair, built around customisable cold foam drinks. The base drinks it lists are cold brew, iced latte, iced matcha and a Cinnamon Doughnut Iced Latte that is exclusive to Pacific Fair.
You then pick a dessert-inspired cold foam: Hazelnut Brownie, Crème Brûlée, Raspberry Vovo, Banana Bread or Dubai Chocolate. The finishing touches are Paddock cookie crumbs, Biscoff or coconut. The store page puts Paddock Bakery on the ground level and lists these hours:
| Day | Paddock Bakery hours |
|---|---|
| Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 5pm |
| Saturday and Sunday | 8:30am to 5pm |
What are Pacific Fair’s opening hours?
The centre’s opening hours page says Pacific Fair is open seven days a week. The centre trades from 9am to 5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 9am to 9pm on Thursday and from 9am to 5pm on Sunday. It warns that some stores trade outside those hours, so check with individual stores. Both bakeries open before the centre’s 9am start on every day of the week. The centre’s phone number is 07 5581 5100, and its address is Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach, Queensland 4218.
Where can I park at Pacific Fair?
Pacific Fair gives customers 4 hours of free parking a day, or free all-day parking when you spend $300 or more and have it validated at Concierge, according to the centre’s car parking page. The parking is ticketless, so your registration is your ticket if you stay beyond the free period. Our Pacific Fair parking guide has the rates, height limits and the car park that suits each entrance.

How do I get to Pacific Fair without a car?
Translink describes Broadbeach South station as near Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and the G:link tram stops there. Pacific Fair has a bus interchange, and the centre’s House Down Under page describes the ground floor of the Purple Car Park as being near it. Our G:link station guide lists the buses at Broadbeach South, and see our G:link fares guide for the tram fare.

What else is new at Pacific Fair?
The centre’s home page also promotes Santa’s arrival on Saturday 7 November and an Event Cinemas 4DX cinema with moving seats. We have not checked those pages in detail, so see the centre’s website for times. For other Broadbeach plans, our guides to Pratten Park parking and the airport route to the tram may help.
