There is no public parking at Cbus Super Stadium in Robina. The stadium says so on its parking page, and the nearest alternatives are free shuttle buses from three Park & Ride sites, or Robina station, which is about 350 metres south of the stadium. The next event is the Rugby League World Cup 2026 on Saturday 31 October.

On event days, parking around the stadium is restricted and the City of Gold Coast fines drivers who ignore the signs. The sections below cover what the stadium and the City publish about shuttles, free public transport, drop-off points and the events coming up.

Can I park at or near Cbus Super Stadium?

No. The stadium’s parking page says there is no public parking at the venue and that parking restrictions apply in the local area on major event days. Its getting-here page adds that vehicles parked illegally may be fined or towed.

The City of Gold Coast activates the Robina Stadium Traffic Area on signed event days. Inside it, two-minute parking applies, and time limits apply on every street in the area. The City warns that not all streets are signed, so you are responsible for checking whether you are inside the area. If a parking sign does not state the days it applies, parking is managed every day, including public holidays. The City publishes a PDF map of the traffic area on its Robina Stadium event parking page.

Where do the free shuttle buses run from?

The stadium lists three Park & Ride locations with free shuttle buses on major event days:

Park & Ride location Notes
Firth Park, Mudgeeraba Somerset Drive
Burleigh Heads State School Lower Gold Coast Highway. The shuttle stop is temporarily at West Burleigh Road at Stanley Street (Stop ID 300184), about 400 metres from the usual stop, because of works on the Gold Coast Highway
Broadbeach South G:link bus stop Near the Gold Coast Highway

The stadium says to check the shuttle timetables with the service provider or the Translink journey planner, and that extra shuttles may be available on event days. The pages do not say which events count as “major event days”, so check the event page under What’s On before you rely on a shuttle.

Is public transport free with a ticket?

Yes, for ticketed events. The stadium describes itself as a public transport venue. A valid event ticket gives you free travel on all Queensland Rail services (excluding Airtrain), the G:link tram and all Kinetic bus services. Free travel starts 4 hours before the event and ends with the last service of the day. You must be able to show your event ticket. If you collect your ticket at the venue on the day, you get a free return journey only.

How far is the station from the stadium?

  • Robina station is about 350 metres south of the stadium and has a lift.
  • Robina Bus Interchange is next to the station.
  • Robina Town Centre is about 1.4 kilometres away on foot.
  • Bike racks are on the Eastern Plaza near Gates D and E.

Where can I be dropped off?

Taxi and rideshare ranks are on Centreline Place. The general drop-off and pick-up area is on the corner of Robina Town Centre Drive and Cheltenham Drive, about 500 metres from the stadium. Patrons with a Queensland Disability Parking Permit can be dropped off between Cheltenham Drive and Promethean Way. The stadium’s address is Centreline Place, Robina.

I live nearby. Can I park?

Residents of the Robina Local Traffic Area can apply to the City of Gold Coast for a resident event parking permit, and must display it in the vehicle when parked in the area on event days. The stadium lists the City’s licensing and approval department on (07) 5667 5987. Residents who reach their property via Stadium Drive are not eligible for the permit and should contact the stadium for a local traffic access pass, which covers access to and from the home but not on-street parking.

Coach and minibus operators can apply for limited pre-booked parking along Cheltenham Drive. It is first come, first served.
