At Adelaide Airport, a full day of drive-up parking costs $41.00 at P3, $49.00 at P2, $55.00 at P1 (for 10 to 24 hours) and $96.00 for Valet, as of 22 October 2026. The airport says you get the best price by booking online before you arrive, and that its car parks are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The prices and rules below come from the Adelaide Airport parking guide and the airport’s pages for P1, P2, P3 and Valet, as checked on Thursday 22 October 2026. Online prices vary with when you book, how long you stay and availability, so the drive-up rates here are the fixed reference points. All prices are GST inclusive.

How do the four options compare?
| Option | Walk to the terminal | 1 day | 2 days | 7 days | 10 days | Each extra day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P3 Long Term | 7 to 10 minutes | $41 | $73 | $147 | $193 | +$16 |
| P2 Outdoor | 5 to 7 minutes | $49 | $96 | $220 | $297 | +$26 |
| P1 Terminal | About 2 to 4 minutes | $55 (10 to 24 hours) | $110 | Not listed | Not listed | +$55 |
| Valet | None; hand over your keys | $96 | $162 | $382 | Not listed (8 days $419) | +$37 |
The airport counts charges per 24 hours and says partial days are charged as full days. Valet counts one day as 24 hours or part thereof. The airport describes P1 as the closest, quickest and simplest option, P2 as smart value that is still close and great for both short and longer stays, and P3 as the lowest price for longer trips.
What does P1 Terminal parking cost for a short stay?
P1 is the only car park with a rate table for stays under a day. It is about 100 metres from the terminal, and the P1 page says you walk there in 2 to 4 minutes over a fully covered link bridge. The P2 page lists P1 as a 2 to 5 minute walk, so allow up to 5 minutes.
| Time parked | Drive-up price |
|---|---|
| 0 to 15 minutes | $8.00 |
| 15 to 30 minutes | $14.00 |
| 30 minutes to 1 hour | $18.00 |
| 1 to 1.5 hours | $25.00 |
| 1.5 to 2 hours | $28.00 |
| 2 to 3 hours | $33.00 |
| 3 to 4 hours | $39.00 |
| 4 to 5 hours | $41.00 |
| 5 to 6 hours | $43.00 |
| 6 to 7 hours | $45.00 |
| 7 to 8 hours | $47.00 |
| 8 to 9 hours | $49.00 |
| 9 to 10 hours | $51.00 |
| 10 to 24 hours | $55.00 |
| 2 days | $110.00 |
| Each additional day or part of a day | +$55.00 |
A lost ticket carries an admin fee. P1 also sells Meet & Greet parking, which the airport advertises from $14 for two hours when booked online, against a drive-up price of $28 for 1.5 to 2 hours. For Meet & Greet bookings, the time starts when you enter.

How big are the car parks, and what is the height limit?
The airport says P1 has around 1,650 bays across four levels, P2 has 200 bays and P3 has about 1,500 bays. Booking online guarantees a spot. You do not get a reserved space, but booking ahead means one will be available, and green lights show empty bays in P1.
P1 fits vehicles up to 2.2m high and no longer than a 12-seater minibus. For larger vehicles, call the Car Park Office on (08) 8308 9380 for options. The airport gives a 2.2m height limit for P1 only.
Where does Valet parking operate?
Valet Parking is on Atura Circuit, at the northern end of the terminal just before Atura Hotel. It is open 7 days a week from 4:30am to 11:30pm. You pull up, hand over your keys and go to check-in, and the airport parks the car in a secure facility. Book online for the best price. A processing fee applies to cancellations where the vehicle has been checked in and stays for less than 4 hours.

How do I book, change or cancel?
- Book online up to 12 months in advance. Booking early locks in the best rate.
- Cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before arrival, through Manage My Booking. Any refund goes back to your original payment method.
- If you change your booking, the old one is replaced.
- If you are driving up without a booking, take a ticket or tap your card at the gate and park in any available space at drive-up rates.
The airport’s pages give two cut-offs for a booking made at short notice. The “Plan & Book” section says you can book up to 2 hours before you arrive, while the FAQ says up to 1 hour. If you are close to the time, book as early as you can, or drive up.
How does ticketless entry work?
All the car parks use ticketless entry and exit. With an online booking, scan the QR code from your confirmation email, saved to your phone or printed. Without one, tap your card or mobile wallet at the entry and again at the exit, and the boom gate lifts automatically. Press the Help button at the gate if there is a problem.
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, including debit cards. There is no booking fee or surcharge: the airport says the price you see is the price you pay.
- Different car: update your licence plate in Manage My Booking before you arrive, because the car parks use number plate recognition.
- Arriving early: if your booking is longer than 24 hours, you can arrive up to 2 hours early without extra charges. Earlier than that may cost more.
- Staying longer: scan your QR code on exit and pay for the extra time at your original booking rate.
- Receipts: online bookings get a tax invoice by email, and drive-up customers get a printed receipt on exit.

What about accessible parking, EV charging and long stays?
- Accessible: P1 has 26 accessible bays near the lifts, marked with blue lights: 12 on Level 2, 6 on Level 1 and 4 each on Levels 3 and 4. P2 and P3 have priority bays near the walkways or the entry and exit. Display a valid disability permit.
- EV charging: P1 has four bays on Level 2, 20 metres from the lifts. Two are for Teslas and two are for other models, cables are provided, and the airport says electricity is currently free while standard parking rates apply. Use the bays only if you need to charge.
- Long stays: there is no time limit in P1, P2 or P3. If you plan to stay more than 30 days, email or call (08) 8308 9380 between 6:00am and 6:00pm with your vehicle details.
- Luggage trolleys: P2 and P3 pages mention free luggage trolleys.

Is there a cheaper way to reach the airport?
Parking is not the only option. Our Adelaide Airport to the city guide covers the J1 and J2 buses from Stop 10, and a $4.50 service fee is added to taxi and rideshare fares leaving the airport.
Quick plan
- Under a few hours: P1, with the 100m covered walk.
- Several days: compare P2 and P3 in the table; P3 is lowest for every stay length listed, with a 7 to 10 minute walk.
- No walking at all: Valet on Atura Circuit, open 4:30am to 11:30pm.
- Book online, and check the booking cut-off if you are leaving soon.
- Check your vehicle against the 2.2m height limit in P1.
