Yes, for the first 3 hours. The FAQ on the parking page says: park for 3 hours free, once per day per vehicle. Westfield’s getting-here page adds that you get an additional 3 hours of free parking if you exit the car park and re-enter after 45 minutes, and the standard-rates box on the parking page repeats this (“Return 45 minutes after exiting to receive an additional 3 hours free parking”).
There are two other free options. Customers with a mobility permit receive free parking on presenting a valid permit at the Concierge desk, and the page says the free mobility parking can be validated at a Concierge desk if you do not want to download the Westfield app. Evening parking is also free, as explained below.
Is parking free after 6pm?
The parking page says to enter after 6pm and exit before 1am, and that this excludes public holidays and special events. If you enter before 6pm, you will incur parking charges at the standard rates. The FAQ answer to “Does Westfield Miranda offer free parking?” words the exclusion slightly differently: complimentary parking from 6pm daily, excluding public holidays and select days in December. The pages do not list which days those are.
How do I know how much time I have left?
Westfield says to check your entry time on the digital clock at each car park entry when you arrive. During your visit, you can check your elapsed parking time by typing your licence plate into one of the pay stations and digital directories in the centre. Full conditions of entry are displayed throughout the car park. In the Westfield app you can update your vehicle details and set a 30-minute parking timer.

Do I get extra free parking for the cinema?
Yes, one extra hour. Customers receive one additional hour of parking, which makes 4 hours free, when they validate the barcode on the movie ticket at the parking pay station.
