Santa’s Arrival at Westfield Parramatta starts with a parade at 10:30am on Saturday 7 November 2026, and Santa reaches his big red chair at Santa’s Village on Level 2, near Samsung, at 11:30am. Westfield says the best car park for Santa photography is Level 2 (Orange) of the Campbell Street car park. Santa photos are booked online, and Sensitive Santa and pet sessions need a booking.
This guide is based on Westfield Parramatta’s Santa’s Arrival event page and its Santa photography booking page, checked on Tuesday 27 October 2026. Westfield notes that upcoming events are subject to change, so look at the event page again on the morning of 7 November.
What time does the Santa parade start at Westfield Parramatta?
The parade starts at 10:30am and finishes at 11:30am. It begins on Level 5 near Baker’s Delight. Santa arrives at his big red chair at 11:30am, on Level 2 near Samsung, where Westfield’s Santa’s Village is.
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 10:30am | Parade starts near Baker’s Delight, Level 5 |
| 10:30am to 2:00pm | Roving entertainment through the centre |
| 10:30am to 1:30pm | Face painting, Level 2 Kids Corner, opposite Spendless Shoes |
| 11:30am | Santa arrives at his chair, Level 2, near Samsung |
| Afternoon | Fairy floss, Level 2 near Santa’s Village (Westfield’s page lists “10:30pm to 2:30pm”, which looks like a typing error, so check the time on the day) |
Westfield’s page does not say where the best viewing spots are along the parade route.

How do I book a Santa photo at Westfield Parramatta?
Santa photos are booked online. Westfield offers three kinds of session, and the Santa photography set is in Centre Court on Level 2. All children who visit Santa receive a gift to take home, according to Westfield’s booking page.
| Session | What Westfield says |
|---|---|
| Family and friends | Booked online |
| Sensitive Santa | Held before stores open, when the centre is quieter; online bookings are essential |
| Pet photography | Dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals are welcome; online bookings are essential and sessions book out quickly, with no walk-ins |
Westfield does not publish prices on the pages this guide checked, so the cost of a photo package is not confirmed here. Use the booking link on Westfield’s page to see the packages and times that are still available.
What are the rules for pet photos?
Westfield lists terms for pet sessions. Owners are responsible for their pet and must bring waste disposal bags, because waste is not allowed in the bins inside the centre. Aggressive animals are removed.
For the session, owners wait at the designated entrance outside the centre until the booked time. A staff member then meets them and escorts them to the Santa set. Pets must come in on a lead or in a cage. The entry point for pet photography is Level 2 (Orange) of the Campbell Street car park, the same level Westfield names as the best parking for Santa photos.

Where should I park for Santa’s Arrival?
Westfield’s Santa photography page says the best parking is Level 2 (Orange) of the Campbell Street car park. That is the level for Santa photography and for the pet photography entry point. Westfield has not said whether the car park will have special arrangements on the day of the parade, and its parking rates and any member or free periods are shown on its parking page, which was not readable in full when this guide was checked.
If you are going by public transport, Westfield Parramatta is on Church Street, and the photos on this page show the light rail running along that street. The centre’s own “getting here” page was not available when this guide was checked, so use the Transport for NSW trip planner to plan your trip and to check for trackwork on Saturday 7 November.

What else is on during Santa’s Arrival?
Westfield lists roving entertainment from 10:30am to 2pm, with Rudolph, Frosty, stilt walkers and Selfie Elfies throughout the centre.
Face painting runs from 10:30am to 1:30pm on Level 2 in Kids Corner, opposite Spendless Shoes. The page also lists fairy floss on Level 2 near Santa’s Village. Westfield does not say whether face painting and fairy floss are free or paid, so check at the stalls.

Are there new stores to see while I am there?
Westfield Parramatta’s new stores page, checked on 26 October 2026, lists these as recently opened: 18 Grams, Ugg Express (Level 2, next to Best & Less), Harli + Harpa (Level 4, near Aje), Coconature (Level 5, near Soul Origin), Lions Den Collectibles (Level 2), Private Blends (Level 2, near Lids), By Charlotte (Level 4, near Sephora), Adore Beauty (Level 3, next to Leays), The One Skin Lab and Oz Hair & Beauty (Level 4, near Sephora). The page also lists three further stores with no opening dates, so none is confirmed for this weekend.
How should I plan the morning?
The parade and the Santa photos are linked, so it helps to decide which one matters most to you. The parade runs from 10:30am to 11:30am and finishes at Santa’s chair on Level 2, which is also where the Santa photography set is. If you have booked a photo session, Westfield’s page names Level 2 (Orange) of the Campbell Street car park as the best parking and as the pet photography entry point.
Families who only want to see the parade can arrive a little before 10:30am and pick a spot along the route. If a child is sensitive to noise and crowds, the Sensitive Santa option is held before stores open, when Westfield says the centre is quieter, but it must be booked online first.
For questions about a booking, Westfield lists its Parramatta concierge at 159-175 Church Street on (02) 8892 5200. The concierge hours shown on the page when it was checked were 9:30am to 6:00pm, but hours can differ on event days, so ring before you travel if timing matters.
What should I know before I go?
- The parade starts at 10:30am near Baker’s Delight on Level 5 and ends at Santa’s Village on Level 2 at 11:30am.
- Book Santa photos online. Sensitive Santa and pet sessions need a booking, and pet sessions have no walk-ins.
- Westfield recommends Level 2 (Orange) of the Campbell Street car park for Santa photos.
- Prices for photo packages and any parking costs are not published on the pages this guide checked.
- Check Westfield’s event page on the morning of 7 November, because upcoming events are subject to change.
