Westfield Eastgardens lists nine new stores as open, according to its new stores page: Sushi Hub in a new location, W Cosmetics, Hair Colosseum, Bupa Dental, Auntea Jenny, Ronin Games, Bailey Nelson, Sydney Dermal Lounge and Dusk. The page also lists two more stores as due to open, with no dates, and an expanded Nike store. Everything below is as of Monday 2 November 2026.

The centre is at 152 Bunnerong Road, Eastgardens, New South Wales 2036. Parking is free for the first three hours, and the bus stops are on Bunnerong Road outside the centre.

Westfield’s page puts these nine under “Now Open”. The level and the neighbouring store are from the page:

Store What it offers Where in the centre
Sushi Hub (new location) Takeaway sushi, sashimi, rolls, sushi boxes and party platters Level 2, Food Court, next to Top Juice
W Cosmetics Global beauty trends, with a focus on Korean and Asian beauty Level 2, near Nike
Ronin Games Trading cards, board games, collectables, pop culture and retro games; buys and sells Level 2, opposite Myer
Bailey Nelson Eyewear Level 2, opposite Lowes
Hair Colosseum Hair treatments, cuts and colour Level 3, between Kidstuff and Ollie’s Place
Bupa Dental Dental care Level 3, near Woolworths
Auntea Jenny Tea drinks, including a Five-Grain Milk Tea and fresh fruit tea Level 1, near Coles
Sydney Dermal Lounge Skin treatments Level 1, near Coles
Dusk Scented candles, candle holders, home decor and gifts Level 1, opposite Kmart

Level 2 has four of the nine, Level 1 has three and Level 3 has two. Westfield does not say when any of them opened, so we cannot say which is the newest.

What are Sushi Hub and Auntea Jenny?

Westfield calls the Sushi Hub store a “new location”, so it is a move or a second site rather than a first arrival; the page does not say which. The centre says Sushi Hub has grown since it began in 2006 and now runs more than 200 stores across the country, and that its takeaway menu includes nigiri, inari, sashimi, maki rolls, sushi boxes and party platters. It is in the Food Court on Level 2, next to Top Juice.

Auntea Jenny is a tea brand. Westfield says it was founded in 2013 and began in Shanghai, and it names the Five-Grain Milk Tea as the signature drink, with fresh fruit tea as a speciality. It is on Level 1, near Coles. Westfield gives no menu or prices.

What else is new, from beauty to games?

W Cosmetics sells global beauty trends, with a special focus on Korean and Asian beauty, on Level 2 near Nike. Ronin Games, on Level 2 opposite Myer, is a games store for trading card players, board game players and collectors; Westfield says it buys and sells pop culture items and specialises in retro games and rare collectables. Bailey Nelson, opposite Lowes on Level 2, sells eyewear.

On Level 1, Sydney Dermal Lounge, near Coles, offers skin treatments, and Dusk, opposite Kmart, sells scented candles, candle holders, home decor and gifts. On Level 3, Hair Colosseum offers hair treatments, cuts and colour, and Bupa Dental is near Woolworths. Westfield gives no prices for any of these, so check with the store.

Are more stores on the way?

Yes. Westfield’s page lists two stores as due to open, with no opening dates, so we have not named them. It also says an expanded Nike store is on the way, on Level 2 near the Food Court. Westfield gives no date and no size for the new Nike store. Open the centre’s new and upcoming stores page to see the list, and check it again before you make a special trip.

Westfield’s FAQ says you can park for three hours free, once per day per vehicle. After that the standard rates apply, Monday to Sunday:

Time parked Rate
Up to 3 hours Free
3 to 3.5 hours $7.00
3.5 to 4 hours $9.00
4 to 4.5 hours $11.00
4.5 to 5 hours $14.00
5 to 5.5 hours $17.00
5.5 to 6 hours $20.00
6 hours or more $50.00

The maximum daily rate and the overnight fee are both $50. Westfield says parking is free from 6pm daily if you enter after 6pm and exit before 1am, except on public holidays, special events and select days in December; if you enter before 6pm you pay the standard rates. Westfield members who joined before 27 August 2020 keep their older extended-parking rates; the page gives no table for them. Mobility permit holders get free parking after registering the permit at a Concierge desk. Westfield also lists monthly parking; the centre gives egcarpark@scentregroup.com and 02 9344 6766 for enquiries. The centre has express parking areas with a 30-minute maximum, and spaces for parents with prams and for disabled customers.

Which car park is closest to the store I want?

The car park entrances are off Banks Avenue (at the roundabout), Wentworth Avenue and Bunnerong Road, on the corner of Westfield Drive. Westfield’s parking page sorts them by the stores nearby:

Where you are going Best parking
Coles and fresh food Green car park, enter via the Banks Avenue roundabout
Woolworths and fresh food Purple car park, enter via Bunnerong Road
Aldi and the food court Red car park, enter via the Banks Avenue roundabout
Hoyts and Big W Purple car park, enter via Bunnerong Road
Kmart Green car park, enter via Wentworth Avenue
Target Red car park, enter via the Banks Avenue roundabout or Wentworth Avenue
Myer Red car park, enter via Wentworth Avenue
Dining Green car park, enter via the Banks Avenue roundabout

Westfield does not say which car park suits each new store, so work from the neighbours in the store table. The centre lists five car parks: Green on Level 1 (nearest Coles, Kmart and Myer), Red on Level 2 (nearest Aldi, Myer and Target), Purple on Level 3 (nearest Big W, Hoyts and Woolworths), Yellow on the mezzanine, and Blue on Level 4 (nearest Big W, Hoyts and Woolworths). The Green and Red car parks can be entered from Banks Avenue or Wentworth Avenue, and the Purple and Blue car parks from Bunnerong Road.

How do I get to Westfield Eastgardens by bus?

Westfield says the bus stops are on Bunnerong Road outside the centre, and that services using the lower-level bus stop leave from Bunnerong Road opposite Westfield Eastgardens. The centre lists these routes: 307, 350, 356, 375, 392, 392N, 392X and 397. It gives no timetables or journey times, so check your trip in the Transport for NSW trip planner. For fares, see our guide to Opal fares and how to pay.

Westfield says the closest train station is Mascot, about a 10-minute drive away, so the centre is not a short walk from a station. A taxi rank is at the bus stop interchange, reached from Bunnerong Road. For rideshare, Westfield names two pick-up and drop-off points: Level 1 outside the Medical Centre, near the taxi rank and bus stop, and Level 1 outside the Coles entrance in the Green car park. Bike racks are at the Level 1 bus stop next to Bunnerong Road and in the Level 1 Green car park near the fresh food.
