How do e-tickets work?

The theatre’s FAQ says e-tickets do not need to be printed, but every patron needs a barcode to scan to enter the auditorium. Tickets arrive in the email you gave when booking, and you can add them to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. Wi-Fi and internet reception are limited in the foyer, so the theatre advises loading your ticket before you go in.

Where should I sit if stairs are a problem?

The theatre is tiered, so most rows need a few stairs up or down. According to its FAQ, Row L, the second-back row, is the only row with no stairs, and the back row, Row M, is a single step up. The FAQ also says there are two accessible bathrooms and wheelchair seating at every show. Wheelchair and accessible seats cannot be booked online: call 9470 5913 or book at the counter between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. The box office email is admin@glenstreet.com.au.

The theatre offers hearing assistance through an Auracast service and a hearing loop, and says many theatre productions offer captioned performances. It supports the NSW Companion Card program, with companion tickets free on presentation of a Companion Card. The show pages above do not mention captioning, so ask the box office before booking if you need captions.
