Westfield’s new stores page for Plenty Valley lists four stores: Peter Jackson, Endota Spa, Harli + Harpa and Sandwich Chefs. It says Harli + Harpa and Sandwich Chefs are now open; for Peter Jackson and Endota Spa it says “Visit now”, without saying they have opened. Westfield gives no opening date for any of the four. Parking at the centre is free but limited to four hours, and the City of Whittlesea enforces that limit. Everything on this page is as of Thursday 29 October 2026.
The centre is at 415 McDonalds Road, Mill Park, in Melbourne’s north. Westfield’s page introduces the list as “the latest retailers that have just opened, as well as the ones that are opening their doors”, so it mixes open stores and coming ones.
Which new stores are listed at Westfield Plenty Valley?

This is what Westfield’s page says about each store, where to find it, and whether it says the store is open:
| Store | What Westfield says it offers | Where and status |
|---|---|---|
| Peter Jackson | Tailored menswear; Westfield says the brand has shown dedication to high-quality tailoring for over 70 years | Near Rebel Sport; “Visit now” |
| Endota Spa | Relax, remedial and pregnancy massages, organic and high-performance facials, deluxe spa packages, spray tanning, waxing and tinting | Next to ANZ; “Visit Endota Spa now” |
| Harli + Harpa | An Australian jewellery brand making keepsakes to style, stack and adorn | Near Target; “now open” |
| Sandwich Chefs | Made-to-order gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads, fruit smoothies and juices, and coffee; the menu features 14 hour slow-roasted pork with crackling and marinated slow-roasted beef | In the Food Court; “now open” |
Westfield’s page gives no prices or menu prices for any of the four. Its heading spells the jewellery brand “Harli + Harper”, while the body text says “Harli + Harpa”, so we use the body spelling here.
What can I get done in one trip?

The four listed stores cover clothing, wellness, gifts and lunch. Peter Jackson sits near Rebel Sport, and Westfield describes its range as the most up-to-date tailored wear for men. Endota Spa is next to ANZ and runs a treatment menu from massages to facials and beauty services. Harli + Harpa is near Target. Sandwich Chefs is in the Food Court.

Is parking free at Westfield Plenty Valley?

Yes, but there is a limit. Westfield’s parking page says the centre offers free parking with a four hour limit, monitored and enforced by the City of Whittlesea. Westfield says fines and parking infringement notices may be issued to any vehicle parked over the time limit in a car park with signage. Its getting here page says free parking applies from 9am to 5pm, with 4 hour parking spaces. Westfield gives these entry points:
| Where you are heading | Enter via |
|---|---|
| Coles | Civic Drive |
| Woolworths | Bush Boulevard |
| Restaurants, cinemas and entertainment | Civic Drive or McDonalds Road |
The getting here page says the car parks can be reached from McDonald’s Road and Morang Drive. Retailer parking is in the Food Court car park or anywhere marked with a yellow line, and new retailers collect a permit from the Concierge Desk near the Food Court.
How do I get to Westfield Plenty Valley without a car?

Westfield says to take the South Morang line and get off at South Morang Station, and to check the Public Transport Victoria website for timetables, line closures and track work before you leave. The taxi rank is at the Commonwealth Bank entrance, and there are bike racks near all of the main entrances. Westfield’s page does not say how far the walk or connecting bus is from the station to the centre, so use the PTV journey planner for that leg. For fares, see our guide to Melbourne Myki fares and the daily cap.
What is still unknown?
Westfield’s page does not say when any of the four stores opened, or whether Peter Jackson and Endota Spa have opened yet. It does not give store-level hours, prices or phone numbers. We will update this page if Westfield publishes more, and we will not guess at details the centre has not published.
