Two Gold Coast shopping centres hold a free Santa’s Arrival on consecutive days: Pacific Fair at Broadbeach on Saturday 7 November 2026 with a parade at 10am, and Westfield Helensvale on Sunday 8 November with a parade starting at 10:30am. This brief uses each centre’s own event page, read on 31 October 2026, and Helensvale says upcoming events are subject to change.
What is on at Pacific Fair on Saturday 7 November?
Pacific Fair’s event page calls it a free Santa’s Arrival event to celebrate the beginning of Christmas. It lists a Christmas Live Show, a Christmas Parade, Christmas entertainment and Santa Photos at Santa’s Golden Palace, with these times:

For the best view the centre recommends arriving early or securing a spot on Level 1. The page does not say where the parade route runs, what the photos cost, or whether you book them, so check the centre’s page or ask at the centre. The contact number on the page is 07 5581 5100. Pacific Fair is on Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach, Queensland 4218.
What is on at Westfield Helensvale on Sunday 8 November?
Westfield Helensvale’s page says the parade begins at 10:30am from the entrance on Main St, with Mrs. Claus, Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman and gingerbread men. Santa and his friends sing and dance past all the stores and arrive at his big red chair at 11:00am. After that you can meet the Christmas characters and have a photo with them until 1:30pm, in the Playground and around the centre. The event is free.
For a photo with Santa himself, Helensvale says to book online, with options that include sensitive Santa and pet photography. The page gives no price. Its terms say children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, you should follow staff instructions, and you should remain safely behind all bollards.

Pacific Fair gives 4 hours of free parking a day, and free all-day parking when you spend $300 or more and present same-day receipts at Concierge; after 4 hours, charges apply.
