If you are going to Benson Boone at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on 6, 7 or 8 November 2026, the venue lists a 7:50pm start each night and charges $18 to park, card only. Boondall station is a 600m walk, but on the Saturday and Sunday the Shorncliffe line runs only as a shuttle between Northgate and Shorncliffe, so a trip from the city means changing trains at Northgate.

This guide uses the Brisbane Entertainment Centre event page, the venue’s Getting Here, FAQs, Conditions of Entry and Accessibility pages, and Translink’s notices on Shorncliffe line weekend shuttle services and the Shorncliffe line evening track closures, all read on Wednesday 28 October 2026. Brisbane is on Queensland time (AEST, UTC+10), which has no daylight saving.

What time does Benson Boone start?

The venue’s event page gives “Friday 6 November 2026 | 7:50pm”, “Saturday 7 November 2026 | 7:50pm” and “Sunday 8 November 2026 | 7:50pm”, and adds that “times are subject to change”. The heading of the page shows the same time with the words “time subject to change”. The page names Ruel as the support act but does not say when he plays, when doors open or when the night finishes.

The venue says event information is emailed to the registered Ticketek purchaser about 24 hours before the show, so look for that email on the day before you go. The venue’s FAQs say the box office usually opens 30 minutes before the external gates, which tells you when the ticket windows open but not when the doors do.

The Wanted Man Tour is a run of nine arena shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, according to the venue’s page, and Brisbane has three of them. The page says no further shows will be added for the Australian leg.

Is it a different trip on Friday than on Saturday or Sunday?

Yes, for the train. Translink’s notice on the Shorncliffe line weekend shuttle says that until late 2026, weekend services run as a shuttle between Shorncliffe and Northgate stations. Its timetable covers Saturday and Sunday, so the shuttle applies on 7 and 8 November. The separate evening track closures on the Shorncliffe line, from 7:45pm, are listed for Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November and then Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November. Friday 6 November is not on the list, and neither is the weekend. Translink says those dates may change, so look again closer to your trip.

Night Shorncliffe line What it means
Friday 6 November No evening track closure listed; the weekend shuttle notice covers Saturday and Sunday only Check the journey planner for your trip; the notice does not describe a Friday shuttle
Saturday 7 November Weekend shuttle between Northgate and Shorncliffe Change at Northgate
Sunday 8 November Weekend shuttle between Northgate and Shorncliffe Change at Northgate

Evening track closures in the same notice would put railbus R348 on the line, about every 30 minutes, between Northgate and Shorncliffe, but none are listed for these three nights. Bikes and e-scooters are not allowed on railbuses.

When do the weekend shuttle trains run past Boondall?

Shuttle trains run every 30 minutes across the weekend. If you are travelling from Brisbane City towards Shorncliffe, you catch any train that stops at Northgate and transfer there, because Shorncliffe trains do not depart from the city on weekends. Going home, you change at Northgate for a train into the city. This table gives the times for the stations nearest the venue; Saturday evening is the hour range that matters for a 7:50pm show.

Where Direction Saturday evening Sunday
Northgate Towards Shorncliffe :07 and :37 past each hour, from 5:07pm to last service :07 and :37 past each hour, all day
Boondall Towards the city (change at Northgate) :17 and :47 past each hour, from 4:47pm to last service :17 and :47 past each hour, all day
Boondall Towards Shorncliffe :17 and :47 past each hour, from 5:17pm to last service :17 and :47 past each hour, all day
North Boondall Towards the city (change at Northgate) :15 and :45 past each hour, from 4:45pm to last service :15 and :45 past each hour, all day

A Northgate departure at :07 is followed by Boondall at :17, ten minutes later, in the same timetable. The notice does not give a time for the last service, and the show’s finish time is not published, so use Translink’s journey planner for your trip home and do not assume the last shuttle waits for the encore. The venue’s own page adds that, because of the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services leaving Boondall may not make connecting services. The notice was last reviewed on 24 September 2026.

How much is the fare, and is travel free with a ticket?

Translink’s event transport list read on 28 October had pages for the Bullets games, the Roar, the Rugby League World Cup and other events, but none for Benson Boone, so no free event travel is listed for these nights. Do not assume the free travel that applies to some Suncorp or Nissan Arena events applies here; it does not appear on any Translink page for this show. Translink’s fares pages say a journey costs 50 cents regardless of distance and payment method, as of October 2026; our go card and contactless guide covers how to pay. Translink is on 13 12 30, 24 hours a day.

How much is parking, and where do I pay?

The venue says parking is $18.00 per visit, payable to the car park attendant on entry, card only, and that the price can change without notice. The charge applies to all vehicles, including cars, motorbikes and scooters. The venue asks you to arrive early or share a vehicle with friends to reduce delays, and to follow the attendants’ directions.

Question What the venue says
Price $18.00 per visit, all vehicles
How to pay To the attendant on entry, card only
Which roads The Gateway Motorway and Bicentennial Road, off Sandgate Road
Taxi On-site rank beside the Ticketek Box Office, with a supervisor after the show
Ride-share Pick-up and drop-off in Carpark 5; ask staff for directions
Drop-off zone Inside the grounds, short stays only
Coaches Charter bus and coach parking is free; oversized vehicles pay the $18.00 rate
Accessible parking Close to the accessible turnstile entrances; display a current disability parking permit; the $18.00 still applies

The venue’s Getting Here page has links titled Driving Directions and Toll Roads and Payment Options, which we did not open, so check tolls on your route before you set off. For live road conditions, see QLDTraffic.

Who can go, and are there age limits?

The event page says it is an all ages event and that every patron must hold a valid event ticket. Patrons aged 15 or under must be accompanied or supervised by an adult, and the page repeats that for the general admission standing floor. The venue’s conditions of entry say the same about unaccompanied 15-year-olds and younger. People who arrive late may not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the show.

Two VIP packages are listed, Wanted Man VIP General Admission Standing and Wanted Man VIP Reserved Seating. Both include early entry, a photo activation, early access to merchandise, a tour gift and a laminate and lanyard; the standing package also includes first access to the floor. The venue refers readers to Ticketek for the full terms.

What can I bring in?

The venue’s FAQs and conditions of entry set these rules, which apply to most events; the event page does not list a different bag policy for this tour.

  • Bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper are not permitted for most events. All bags are subject to a security search before entry, and the conditions of entry say that, depending on the event, metal detectors and pat-downs may also be used.
  • One sealed 600mL plastic bottle of water per person is allowed. Other food and drink cannot be brought in.
  • Signs and banners larger than an A3 sheet are not allowed.
  • Professional cameras, tablets larger than 170mm, drones, selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed.
  • Prams cannot go into the seating bowl; they can be stored at the free cloakroom beside the Ticketek Box Office.
  • The venue is cashless. Cash can be exchanged for a Cash Card at the venue.

The conditions of entry also say anyone wearing clothing with offensive text or images can be refused entry, and that everyone must be fully dressed and wear shoes.

What help is there for accessibility and medical needs?

Accessible seating is in the main seating bowl, and the venue says to say you need it when you buy tickets. Bookings go through the venue’s online accessibility form or by email to tix@brisent.com.au, which the venue says is monitored from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, so contact it well before the show. Government-issued Companion Card holders get a free carer ticket if it is booked at the time of purchase, and the cardholder collects it from the Box Office on the day. Mobility aid charging stations are on Levels 1 and 2, and Sunflower lanyards, used to show a hidden disability, can be collected from Administration on Level 1.

The venue’s FAQs list a Parents Room on the main concourse (Level 2) opposite Door 8, and first aid rooms opposite Doors 3 and 12 on Level 2. Patrons who need to bring medical supplies are asked to register the date they are attending by emailing bec@brisent.com.au or calling (07) 3265 8111.

Where can I buy tickets, and what should I check on the day?

The event page says tickets are on sale through Ticketek and warns against buying from unauthorised resale websites because of the risk of invalid or fraudulent tickets. The venue’s conditions of entry say tickets bought from unauthorised sellers can lead to refused entry.

On the day, check three things: the email from Ticketek with the event information, Translink’s service updates for any change to the Shorncliffe line, and the venue’s event page for a changed start time. We will update this guide if any of them changes. For another recent night at the same venue, see our guide to the Dabble Darts finals at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on 31 October.
