Westfield Warringah Mall lists 14 stores as opened, according to its new stores page: Bing Lee, ASICS, Lids, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, Arms of Eve, Yochi, Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology, The Base Warehouse, The Tea Centre, Sweet Thing Baby and Childrens Wear, Lüneburger, Palm & Lime, Hairhouse Warehouse and Momo Bar. One caution: the page’s text for Yochi says the brand “has announced it will open”, although it gives a location. The page also lists two more stores that it says will arrive in 2026, with no dates. Everything below is as of Tuesday 3 November 2026.

The centre is at the corner of Old Pittwater Road and Condamine Street, Brookvale, New South Wales 2100. Parking is free for the first three hours, and buses stop next to the centre.

What can I eat and drink at the new stores?

Five of the 14 are food and drink. Three of them are grouped on the Ground Level in front of Coles. Lüneburger is a German bakery: Westfield lists breads, soft pretzels and pastries. Palm & Lime is a café that Westfield describes as having a subtle Asian twist. Momo Bar sells Nepalese dumplings, called momos, and poke bowls; Westfield says it has vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

On Level 1, Yochi sells frozen yoghurt and açaí with a self-serve toppings bar and vegan-friendly options, near Connor. The Tea Centre, near Ecco, sells loose leaf teas and runs a European-style tearoom. Westfield gives no prices for any of these.

What else is new, from electronics to children’s wear?

Bing Lee, on Level 1 near Adairs, sells TVs and video, audio, computing, home appliances, cameras and communication devices. ASICS, near Connor, offers running and sports footwear, and Lids, near Bonds, sells officially licensed and branded headwear (MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL).

On the Ground Level, Arms of Eve, near Adore Beauty, is an Australian fashion accessory label with handmade, tarnish free gold and semi-precious stone jewellery. Sweet Thing, near Flight Centre, is a children’s boutique with smocked and party dresses, baby clothes and plush toys, and it says it offers complimentary gift wrapping. The Base Warehouse sells balloons, squishies, party supplies and home decor, and it is outside, opposite Super Cheap Auto. Hairhouse Warehouse, near Anaconda, sells hair and beauty products and has a salon.

Two of the 14 are health services. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, near Coles, takes blood, plasma and platelet donations; Westfield quotes the line that one in three people in Australia will need donated blood in their lifetime. Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology, near Services Australia, offers diagnostic and pathology testing. Westfield does not say whether either needs an appointment.

Yes. Westfield’s page lists two stores under “Retailers coming to Warringah in 2026”, with no opening dates, so we have not named them. Open the centre’s new stores page to see the list. If a date appears, we will update this guide.

After that, go to a pay station, enter your number plate and pay; the exit boom gate then opens automatically. Westfield members get their first four hours free once they add their number plate in the Westfield app. The standard rates apply Monday to Sunday:

7 hours or more $45.00 $45.00

The maximum daily rate and the overnight fee are both $45. Westfield says parking is free if you enter after 6pm and exit before midnight, and that the car park is open all day, Monday to Sunday.

How do I drive to Westfield Warringah Mall?

Westfield’s directions use Cross Street. From the north, travel along Pittwater Road and turn right into Cross Street, opposite the bus depot. Continue for 100 metres to the car park, which Westfield calls brand new and says has about 1,200 spaces over five levels. Enter by turning left at the Cross Street roundabout. From the south, after crossing the Spit Bridge, follow Burnt Creek Deviation and Condamine Street for about two kilometres, where the road moves onto Pittwater Road. Turn left into Cross Street and continue for 100 metres to the multi-level car park, again entering by turning left at the Cross Street roundabout.

How do I get to Westfield Warringah Mall by bus or taxi?

Westfield names two bus routes. From Manly, take the 199 from Manly Wharf and get off next to the centre. From the city, take the B1 B-Line from Wynyard and get off next to the centre. It gives no timetables or journey times. For fares, see our guide to Opal fares and how to pay.

A taxi rank is in the Bus Bay next to Australia Post; leave through Kmart and turn right. Taxis are also on the Ground Level near Woolworths, outside next to ANZ Bank. Westfield says Manly Warringah Cabs and Silver Service Taxi are usually waiting, and the Concierge can book one. The best rideshare pick-up and drop-off point is the Bus Bay near Australia Post.
