Rouse Hill Town Centre gives every driver three hours of free parking, then charges from $6 for the first half hour over, up to $40 once you pass seven hours, and parking is free if you drive in after 6pm. The rates below are from the centre’s own ticketless parking page, read on Saturday 7 November 2026.
How much does parking cost at Rouse Hill Town Centre?
The centre’s ticketless parking page lists these rates. The first three hours cost nothing, and each half hour after that costs more than the last.
| Time parked | Cost |
|---|---|
| 0 to 3 hours | Free |
| 3 to 3.5 hours | $6 |
| 3.5 to 4 hours | $8 |
| 4 to 4.5 hours | $11 |
| 4.5 to 5 hours | $14 |
| 5 to 5.5 hours | $20 |
| 5.5 to 6 hours | $25 |
| 6 to 6.5 hours | $30 |
| 6.5 to 7 hours | $35 |
| 7 hours onwards | $40 |
| Early bird (Monday to Friday, enter before 8am and leave after 4pm) | $16 |
The centre says full conditions of entry can be viewed at the Rouse Hill Information Centre. These figures are as of November 2026, and the page does not say when it was last changed. The page footer shows 2025.
The practical point is the jump at the five-hour mark. Parking between 4.5 and 5 hours costs $14. Parking between 5 and 5.5 hours costs $20.

When is parking free?
There are four situations where the centre says you pay nothing or less, each from its own pages.
| Situation | What the centre says |
|---|---|
| Under 3 hours | Drive to the exit and the boom gate opens automatically |
| Enter after 6pm | Free if you exit before 5am the following day |
| Cinema ticket | Scan the barcode of your ticket at a pay station before you return to your car for one extra free hour; the ticket is valid for this only on the day of purchase |
| Disability permit holders | Free at any time, after registering |
| Senior card holders | Up to 5 hours free, after registering |
The centre’s location and parking page puts the cinema offer as a fourth hour free, with standard rates after the free period. Registration for the disability and senior options is done online at parking.rhtc.com.au, or at the Main Street car park office during opening hours. The centre says activation can take up to 24 hours.
What if I visit twice in one day?
You can use the car park several times a day and get three free hours each time, as long as there is a gap of at least 60 minutes between visits. If you leave and drive back in within 60 minutes, the centre charges you for the whole period you have parked.
How does ticketless parking work?
You do not take a ticket. The system photographs your number plate on the way in and matches it at the exit gate. To check when you came in, type your plate into any pay station, which are at every entry to the centre.
If you stay under three hours, you drive to the exit and the boom gate opens. If you stay longer, the centre lists three ways to pay:
- At a pay station in the centre, by typing in your number plate
- At the boom gate, with a credit or debit card
- By registering online, so the fees come out of your nominated credit or debit card automatically
Customers can review and print a statement of what they were charged. If you have a question, the centre says to press the intercom button on the pay machines or at the exit gates. The centre’s main number is 02 9421 2300.

Which entrance should I use?
The centre’s location and parking page gives these directions. The centre was still in its redevelopment period when the page was written, so allow for changes on the day.
| Coming from | What the centre says |
|---|---|
| Windsor Road | Turn onto White Hart Drive for the Green, Orange and Yellow car parks, on the left-hand side |
| Caddies Boulevard | Enter through the Brown car park |
| Rouse Hill Drive | Continue left onto Rouse Hill Drive for the Purple car park, on the left-hand side |
| Southbound on Windsor Road | Turn left onto Commercial Road, right onto Caddies Boulevard, then right onto Rouse Hill Drive for the Purple car park |
| Schofields Road | Because of current road works, you cannot turn right into the Purple car park from Rouse Hill Drive; detour right onto Windsor Road |
The Big W (Purple) car park entry and exit on Rouse Hill Drive has re-opened, with about 170 more spaces. The centre also lists free overflow parking on Rouse Hill Drive “until 27 October” on its parking page, without giving a year. That date has passed, so do not plan on it.
The centre has a live capacity tool on its parking page that shows free spaces in each car park, grouped by the store each is best for (Woolworths, Coles, Big W and Kmart). The numbers change minute by minute, so we do not copy them here.
Where are the quick-trip and accessible spaces?
The centre lists dedicated spaces close to the entrances for accessible parking, parents with prams and seniors. For quick trips it lists Express 90-Minute Parking zones. It does not say on these pages how many spaces each zone has or where every zone sits, so check the signs when you arrive or the centre map.

What are the centre’s opening hours?
The centre’s opening hours page shows these regular hours, and says individual store hours may vary. The car park hours are listed as all day, Monday to Sunday.
| Day | Centre hours |
|---|---|
| Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 9:00am to 6:00pm |
| Thursday | 9:00am to 9:00pm |
| Friday and Saturday | 9:00am to 6:00pm |
| Sunday | 10:00am to 5:00pm |
The page also lists longer hours for some major stores. It shows Coles and Woolworths opening at 7:00am and Kmart at 8:00am, and Reading Cinemas from 9:45am. The car park hours are listed as all day.

I work in the centre. Is there a cheaper rate?
Yes. The centre’s FAQ says there is a discounted rate for retail staff and sends staff to the Parking Office, which it places up the stairs near Typo and Glue Store. The page does not state the staff rate, so we cannot give a figure.
Can I skip the car and take the Metro or a bus?
The centre says it is adjacent to Rouse Hill Metro Station, and points to the Transport for NSW trip planner for services. On buses, it says services reach the Town Centre every 10 to 30 minutes on weekdays during peak times, and that they link local areas with Parramatta, Blacktown and the CBD. Its page adds that routes 664, 715 and 735 should use the Rouse Hill Station stop for the duration of the redevelopment.

If you need an Opal card, the centre says you can buy one at Woolworths Rouse Hill and Rouse Hill Newsagencies. We have not checked train times here. Look them up on the trip planner for the day you travel.
What should I do before I drive there?
- Work out how long you will be: three hours is free, and the price climbs quickly after that
- If you will stay longer or come often, register your number plate online so the fee is taken automatically
- The live capacity tool shows free spaces in each car park
- Holding a senior card or a disability permit? Register at parking.rhtc.com.au; activation can take up to 24 hours
- Going to the cinema? Scan your ticket at a pay station before you walk back to the car
