If you have a ticket to Robbie Williams at Suncorp Stadium on Friday 20 November 2026, do not plan to park: the stadium says there are no public car parks on event days, and its FAQ says free public transport begins from 12 midday for most concerts. The stadium still lists neither the gate time nor the show start as confirmed.

This guide uses the stadium’s event page, Getting Here, parking restrictions, FAQ, Conditions of Entry, Accessibility and Arrangements for Concerts pages, and Translink’s event transport list and service updates, all read on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Brisbane is on Queensland time (AEST, UTC+10), which has no daylight saving.

What time does Robbie Williams play?

The stadium has not said. Its event page shows the date as Friday 20 November 2026, with gates open and show start both still to be confirmed, with a note that all times are in AEST. The page says Robbie Williams is bringing his BRITPOP World Tour “down under this November” and that he will be “joined by G Flip | Lottery Winners”. It does not say who plays first or for how long.

The stadium’s concert arrangements page gives the one firm limit: concerts at Suncorp Stadium are required to finish before 10:30pm, and it says concert timings will be published on the event pages as soon as they have been announced. So the show will end before 10:30pm, but the page does not say how much earlier.

Item What the stadium says
Date Friday 20 November 2026
Gates open Not yet confirmed
Show start Not yet confirmed
Finish Concerts must finish before 10:30pm
Parking restrictions end 11:30pm on concert nights
Sound checks Between 10am and 8pm, no more than three hours a day, with times posted on the event page when confirmed

The event page says Suncorp Stadium Members and local residents get a presale before the general public, with details sent by email.

Is public transport free with a ticket?

The stadium says yes. Its Getting Here page says public transport is included free with your event ticket on all Queensland Rail City Network services, excluding Airtrain and ferries, and on all Transport for Brisbane bus services. Its FAQ says the event ticket includes free travel to and from the stadium on regular Queensland Rail train services and Transport for Brisbane buses. The FAQ adds a general rule that the offer applies from 4 hours before the main game’s kick-off to 4 hours after the game ends, and then a line for concerts: “For most concert events free public transport begins from 12 midday.” You show your ticket to rail and bus staff as you board.

Because the FAQ says “most” concerts, and Translink had not posted an event transport page for Robbie Williams on 3 November, treat 12 midday as the stadium’s general statement rather than a promise for this night. The Getting Here page says Translink will list concert transport information before the event, so check Translink’s event transport list a few days ahead. The only Translink event page on that list on 3 November that mentioned a Brisbane concert was Carreras and Friends.

Are there any train closures that day?

On 3 November, the Translink service updates list we read showed no track closure for Friday 20 November. It did show a late-night track closure on the inner north lines on 22 November, two days after the show, and two temporary stop closures that end on 20 November: Imperial Parade, Labrador, from 16 to 20 November, and Jensen Street, Manoora, from 9 to 20 November. Neither is near Milton. Translink adds notices close to the date, so check its service updates before you leave. For anyone not covered by the free travel, Translink’s fares pages say a journey costs 50 cents regardless of distance and payment method, as of October 2026; Translink is on 13 12 30, 24 hours a day.

Can I park near the stadium?

No. The stadium calls itself a public transport destination and says there are no public car parks on event days. Fifteen-minute parking limits apply across the Lang Park Traffic Area, which covers roughly a 1.5km radius around the venue, and on-the-spot fines are issued to drivers who break them. The stadium’s concert page adds that vehicles can be towed.

The stadium’s two pages give different start times for the restrictions. The parking restrictions page says the limits generally apply from two hours before the gates-open time until after the event. The concert arrangements page says restrictions in the Lang Park Traffic Area start from approximately 1 hour before gates on concert day and apply until 11:30pm that night. With no gate time yet, neither can be turned into a clock time, so the safest reading is to be out of the area by the earlier of the two start points, which is two hours before gates once they are announced.

Question What the stadium says
Public car parks None on event days

Ride-share The venue says it continues to use pick-up zones after events from September 2026; see its Rideshare Pick Up Zones page

What does the stadium say to people who live nearby?

The concert arrangements page is written for local residents, and it is the only place the stadium lists the dates around the show. It says bump-in and bump-out for Robbie Williams runs from 15 to 23 November, with the show on 20 November, and that these dates are subject to change. Bump-in runs between 7am and 7pm, and some after-hours work may happen during bump-out, contained within the stadium.

Chippendall Street is unavailable for local parking from the start of bump-in until the concert ends, apart from people with special permits issued by Christ Church Milton, and truck parking is kept to that street. Traffic Control Officers are on duty during bump-in and bump-out. Residents and businesses needing to enter the restricted area on the night are told to tell security staff or police they are visiting a residence or business, and visitors are reminded that the fifteen-minute limits still apply unless signs say otherwise.

For noise, the stadium says it uses specialist consultants, with sound engineers on site for sound checks and rehearsals. A concert hotline runs in the lead-up and on the night on (07) 3331 5040, and the stadium reception is on (07) 3331 5000. The stadium no longer does letterbox drops before special events and asks locals to sign up to its email newsletter.

Who can buy tickets, and from where?

The event page says AXS is the unique authorised ticketing agent for this event and that tickets are available exclusively through AXS.com/au. It says all patrons, including minors and babies, must have a valid full-price ticket to enter. For help with an order it points to the AXS FAQs and AXS customer support. The stadium’s conditions of entry say that where tickets are bought from a third-party re-seller or non-authorised agent, the venue is under no obligation to find those people a seat, so buy only from the authorised agent. The event page names Frontier Touring in its list of related organisations.

The stadium’s FAQ says your gate entry location is shown on your ticket, and recommends downloading the ticket before you arrive so the barcode is ready to scan.

What can I bring in?

The stadium’s FAQ says to bring only bags A3 size or under where a bag is needed, and to check each event page for the bag size, because it varies: for the Foo Fighters concert the FAQ names a smaller A4 limit. The Robbie Williams event page lists no bag size, so the A3 rule is the stadium’s general rule rather than one confirmed for this show; check the page again nearer the date. The FAQ encourages patrons to leave bags at home to speed up entry. Cloaking is available on the Southern Plaza, and for concerts also in tents on the Northern Plaza. Patrons may be wanded and have their bags checked.

  • Water in a bottle with an unbroken factory seal, up to 1.25L, is allowed, as is tea or coffee in a thermos. Other liquids are not.
  • Food from commercial outlets cannot be brought in; homemade food in a container other than glass is allowed.
  • Soft eskies A3 size or smaller are allowed; hard eskies are not.
  • The stadium is cashless, so bring a card.
  • Passes-out are issued at the Northern and Southern Plaza ends, and you need your ticket to be scanned out and back in.

The stadium’s conditions of entry list the full set of permitted and prohibited items, so read them before you pack.

What help is there for accessibility and families?

The stadium lists 220 wheelchair positions with 220 escort seats, 312 enhanced amenity seats, five wheelchair access gates, two Changing Places facilities, a Parents Room, a Quiet Room and hearing assistance. On most event days an Accessibility Attendant in a pink high-visibility vest roams the Level 3 concourse near the Info Desk. Because this event uses AXS rather than Ticketek, read the event page’s ticketing section and the stadium’s accessibility page before you book accessible tickets, or phone the stadium on (07) 3331 5000.

The stadium’s FAQ says children’s safety wristbands, on which parents record their contact details, are available free from the information desks inside the North and South Gates.

What should I check closer to the day?

Check three things in the week of the show: the stadium’s event page for the gate time and show start, Translink’s event transport list for a Robbie Williams page with shuttle and free-travel details, and the stadium’s Traffic Management Plan page for the road closures. The stadium is an open-air venue, and its FAQ says an event may be delayed in bad weather. For how the same ground handled a recent crowd, see our guide to Foo Fighters at Suncorp Stadium on 5 November.
