Westfield Penrith lists five stores as open: W Cosmetics, Ringers Western, Sando Ko, Shanghai Old Street and Shiels. The same page lists two more as due to open, with no dates. Everything on this page is as of Thursday 29 October 2026.

The centre is at 585 High Street, Penrith, New South Wales 2750. Parking is free for the first two hours, or four hours for Westfield members, and the bus interchange is a short walk down Station Street.

Westfield lists these stores as open now, with a level or location and a neighbour so you can find each one:

Store What it offers Where in the centre
W Cosmetics Beauty, skincare and cosmetics, with a focus on Korean and Asian beauty Level 2, next to Forcast
Ringers Western Clothing and accessories in a western heritage style, for men and women Level 1, near Lush
Sando Ko Specialty coffee, Japanese sandwiches on milk bread, matcha and bingsu desserts Level 1, The Food Terrace
Shanghai Old Street Dumplings, bao, noodles and street-style dishes Riley Street, Dining Precinct
Shiels Family-owned jewellers selling diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones and watches Level 2, near Big W

Westfield does not give opening dates for any of them. Two are on Level 2, two on Level 1 and one on Riley Street. If you are making a special trip for one store, ring the Concierge on 02 4721 4354 first.

What else is listed as due to open or return?

Westfield’s page lists two more stores as due to open and gives no dates for either, so we have not named them here. Open the centre’s new and upcoming stores page to see them, and check it again before you plan a trip around one.

The page also has a heading, “They’ll be right back”, with one store under it: OPSM. Westfield gives no location and no date for it.

What are the building works at Westfield Penrith?

Westfield has a separate notice about works to bring a new HOYTS cinema to the centre and expand the Riley Street dining and entertainment precinct. The notice says works have started and that they will be done in stages. It also says works “will begin in early February”, and it does not state a year, so we cannot say when each stage ends. For a movie at HOYTS, Westfield says to park on Level 2 of the Jane Street car park. If you park on another level, go up to Level 2 of the centre and walk to the main HOYTS entry, opposite rebel.

Non-members get two hours free. Westfield’s getting-here page says members get four hours free, and its parking page applies the same four-hour rule in the member rates. One FAQ line on the parking page mentions three hours for people moving over from the old PARK+ scheme, so check the app if the difference matters to you. The car parks read number plates, so there is no boom gate at entry and no paper ticket. The rates are the same every day of the week:

Time parked Non-member Westfield member
Up to 2 hours Free Free
2 to 2.5 hours $6.00 Free
2.5 to 3 hours $9.00 Free
3 to 3.5 hours $12.00 Free
3.5 to 4 hours $15.00 Free
4 to 4.5 hours $20.00 $12.00
4.5 to 5 hours $30.00 $15.00
5 to 5.5 hours $40.00 $20.00
5.5 to 6 hours $50.00 $30.00
6 hours or more $50.00 $50.00

The maximum daily rate and the overnight fee are both $50. Members get free parking if they enter after 6pm and exit before 1am, and charges start again at 6am. To get another free period on the same day, there must be 45 minutes between leaving and coming back. Mobility permit holders get free parking by showing a valid permit at the Concierge desk, and the car park clearance is 2.2 metres.

Which car park is closest to the store I want?

The car parks are entered from Jane Street or High Street. Westfield lists them like this:

Car park Entrance Nearest stores
Jane Street car park, Levels G to 5 Jane Street Woolworths, ALDI, Myer, BIG W, HOYTS
B1 and B2 car park, basement Jane Street or High Street Myer
High Street car park, Levels G to 4 High Street BIG W, Woolworths, ALDI, Myer

Westfield also says the Green basement car park, entered from High Street, is best for Woolworths, Aldi and fresh food, and the Grey basement car park, entered from the Jane Street ramp, is best for JB Hi-Fi. It does not say which suits the new stores, so work from their neighbours: Shiels is near Big W, and Sando Ko and the other Level 1 stores are around The Food Terrace and Lush.

How do I get to Westfield Penrith by train or bus?

Westfield says to take the Blue Mountains line to Penrith. The Penrith bus interchange is a short walk down Station Street to the centre. Westfield gives no walking time, so check your trip in the Transport for NSW trip planner, and check Sydney Trains for trackwork before you leave. For fares, see our guide to Opal fares and how to pay.

There is a taxi rank on the ground level of the Jane Street car park, reached through the Centre Court doors, and another at the station, through the Station Street entry. Westfield says the best rideshare pick-up and drop-off point is on Riley Street. Bike racks are at the Riley Street and Jane Street entrances.
