Panthers Penrith is selling two Christmas Day lunches for Friday 25 December 2026: a Kelly’s Bar + Kitchen buffet from $95 for an adult member, and an Event Centre buffet at $195 for a member, which includes a three-hour beverage package. Bookings are essential for both, according to the Event Centre page and the Kelly’s page, both checked on 29 October.
Which Christmas Day lunch is cheaper?
| Ticket | Event Centre at Panthers | Kelly’s Bar + Kitchen |
|---|---|---|
| Adult, member | $195 | $95 |
| Adult, non-member | $210 | $105 |
| Senior, member | Not listed | $80 |
| Senior, non-member | Not listed | $90 |
| Child | $95 (aged 5 to 12) | $55 (aged 4 to 12) |
| Youngest children | Free (aged 0 to 4) | Free (under 3) |
| Time | Buffet 12pm to 3pm | Sittings of 1.5 hours from 11am |
The two pages count children differently: the Event Centre lists children aged 5 to 12 at $95 and ages 0 to 4 free, while Kelly’s lists ages 4 to 12 at $55 and under 3 free. Kelly’s does not say what applies to a 3 year old, so ask Panthers before you book. Prices are as of October 2026.
What does the Event Centre package include?
Panthers lists the Event Centre package as a festive buffet featuring antipasto, seafood, traditional roasts and desserts, a three-hour beverage package with beer, wine, soft drink and juice, live entertainment and a special visit from Santa Claus. Doors open from 11:30am. The buffet and beverage package run from 12pm to 3pm, and beverage service concludes at 2:45pm. When you book, Panthers asks you to give your membership number for member tickets and to say whether children are included.

What is on the Event Centre menu?
The menu PDF is laid out in stations and buffets:
| Section | Dishes |
|---|---|
| To the table | Australian Black Tiger prawns and South Australian oysters, with lemon and cocktail sauce |
| Seafood station | Black Tiger prawns, oysters, marinated green-lipped mussels, blue swimmer crab and Australian smoked salmon with garlic crostini, horseradish and dill cream cheese |
| Carving station | Chefs carving freshly baked glazed ham, with a honey, brown sugar, mustard, peach and orange glaze and ham jus |
| Hot buffet | Roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing; roast sirloin of beef with rosemary gravy and bearnaise; Humpty Doo barramundi fillet; thyme roasted butternut pumpkin; steamed summer greens; duck fat roast potatoes |
| Cold buffet | Beetroot and pumpkin salad; summer garden salad; Caesar salad; seafood salad with octopus, squid, prawns, scallops, salmon and crab |
| Antipasto bar | Hommus, baba ghanoush and semi dried tomato dips, marinated vegetables, prosciutto, salami, olives, fetta and assorted breads |
| Dessert table | Yule log display, warm Christmas pudding with brandy marinated dried fruits and custard, fruit mince tarts, seasonal fruit pavlova, mini desserts, macarons, seasonal fruit platter and a gelato bar |
The menu marks seafood origin: the Black Tiger prawns, South Australian oysters, smoked salmon, blue swimmer crab and barramundi are marked Australian, while the green-lipped mussels are marked imported and the seafood salad is marked mixed origins. It also marks dishes as gluten-free (GF), dairy-free (DF), vegan or vegetarian. Check those marks on the PDF if you have a dietary need, because this page does not repeat all of them.

What is the Kelly’s Bar + Kitchen buffet?
Panthers describes the Kelly’s lunch as a festive buffet where the venue takes care of the cooking. The spread features fresh seafood, slow-roasted meats, cold cuts, seasonal salads and desserts. Sittings are 1.5 hours, starting from 11am. Panthers publishes no detailed Kelly’s menu on the event page, so the description in this section is all the venue has said.

What are the booking terms?
The Kelly’s page says terms and conditions apply, full payment is required at the time of booking, and the booking is non-refundable and not transferable. It also says spaces are limited and subject to availability, so seats may sell out. The Event Centre page says bookings are essential but does not publish cancellation terms, so ask Panthers about them before you pay. For questions, the club’s phone number on its contact page is 1800 061 991.

Does Panthers say anything about parking or transport?
Neither event page gives parking, train or bus information for Christmas Day, and we found no Transport for NSW page for it. Check the Transport for NSW trip planner for 25 December before you plan a route, and ask Panthers about parking when you book.
