At the Revesby, Riverwood and Beverly Hills Park&Ride car parks, parking is free for up to 18 hours a day if you complete a public transport trip by tapping on and off with the same accepted card. Without a trip, a weekday at Revesby or Riverwood costs $30 for the day, according to the operator’s rate tables. All three are open all day, every day, the operator’s pages say.

How do I get the free parking?

Transport for NSW says to qualify you must park in a dedicated Park&Ride car park, complete a trip on public transport by tapping on and tapping off with the same accepted card, and exit the car park within 18 hours of entering. The accepted cards are an Opal card, or a credit, debit or Opal card linked to a Transport Connect account.

If you travel with What you do
An accepted Opal card Complete a trip, then tap out as you exit the car park
A credit or debit card Validate the card with a trip using the physical card, register it and your number plate in a Transport Connect account (choose Park&Ride under My services), then enter and leave; there is no need to tap out of the car park once you are set up

If you do not meet the free parking conditions, Transport for NSW says you are charged a fee when you exit.

What does it cost if I do not take a train?

The operator, Wilson Parking, publishes rate tables for each car park. We read them on 7 November 2026; they do not show a date.

Car park and entry Weekday, non-commuter Night (enter after 5pm, exit before midnight) Weekend, non-commuter
Revesby, 168 The River Road (height 2.20 m) $30 for 0 to 24 hours $10 $5 for 0 to 3 hours; $10 for 3 to 24 hours
Riverwood, 12 to 16 Webb Street (height 2.20 m) $30 for 0 to 24 hours $10 $5 for 0 to 3 hours; $10 for 3 to 24 hours
Beverly Hills, 2 Edgbaston Road (height 2.20 m) Free for 0 to 3 hours if you enter and exit between 10am and midnight; $30 for 0 to 24 hours Not listed Free for 0 to 3 hours; $5 for 3 to 24 hours

Public holidays are charged at the weekend rates at all three. At Beverly Hills, the weekend commuter rate is free for 0 to 18 hours and $5 from 18 to 24 hours. The operator’s pages show a height limit of 2.20 metres for each entry.

Is there a space when I arrive?

Transport for NSW’s Park&Ride page shows real-time vacant spaces for 41 car parks, refreshed automatically. When we read it on 7 November 2026, it showed 142 vacant spaces at Beverly Hills, 873 at Revesby and 115 at Riverwood; these are live counts that change all day, not the size of the car parks. We could not find an official total capacity for each car park, so we are not quoting one. The Transport for NSW program page says the Revesby commuter car park extension added 385 commuter spaces, and lists Beverly Hills, Revesby and Riverwood among its completed car parks.

What is still unclear?

Transport for NSW’s page has not yet published car park operating hours, so the operator’s “open all day” is the only hours information we have. The pages do not describe the walk from each car park to the platform, security, electric vehicle charging or accessible bays, so we have nothing official to say on those.
